Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage - mit ausbaufähigem Kundenservice

Tolle zentrale Lage, wenige Meter von der Neckar-Uferpromenade mit vielen Gastronomie-Optionen; schöne Zimmer; gutes Frühstück; Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt

Service verbesserungsfähig. z.B. wurden Reservierungswünsche (oberes Stockwerk) nicht berücksichtigt (vielleicht von booking.com auch nicht übermittelt?!), defekter Haartrockner nicht ausgetauscht; es wurde auch nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es Zimmerservice erst ab 3 Nächten gibt (leider trockneten die Handtücher in dem schlecht belüfteten Badezimmer nicht).

Unpleasant expierience

Pretty good breakfast. Good location.

We arrived at the hotel close to midnight, exhausted after a long journey. Prior to our arrival, we had booked a standard room through Booking.com and received a confirmation email. However, upon checking in, the receptionist informed us that our reservation was not visible in their system. He stated that the hotel was fully booked and that we would need to pay extra for a superior room if we wished to stay. He attributed this issue to problems with data transfer between Booking.com and the hotel’s internal booking system. We found it unreasonable that we were being asked to pay more due to an issue on their end. The receptionist's demeanor was cold and unfriendly, which added to our frustration. After an unpleasant exchange, the receptionist eventually agreed to provide us with a superior room at no additional cost. While we appreciate this resolution, it is important to note that this should have been offered immediately. Guests with valid reservations should not be held accountable for issues arising from the hotel’s booking system.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Super Lage. Deshalb immer ausgebucht ;-)

Eines der schönsten Hotels in Heilbronn. Alles ist praktisch neu. Tolle Innenarchitektur und Möbel. Schönes Ambiente l. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet (solange es nicht zu viele Leute hat). Parkhaus nahe und günstig (10.-/Tag). Früh reservieren, da sonst immer ausgebucht! Sehr gute Fenster (Isolation).

Um Kosten zu sparen wurde der Kühlschrank entfernt, die Tissues im Bad gibt’s nicht mehr und die Reinigung ist nur alle 4 Nächte (!). Wenn man in die Lobby kommt ist da so ein künstlicher Geruch - der ist zu intensiv.

Zimmer war viel zu warm. Lüftung ging nicht. Mit offenem Fenster war schlafen aufgrund der lauten Straße jedoch auch unmöglich.

Die Lage war perfekt am Rande der Altstadt und direkt an der unteren Neckargemünd mit vielen Restaurants und Bars und Gelegenheit draußen zu sitzen

Top Zimmer, top Personal, top Lage, gefrühstückt habe ich nicht, war mir zu teuer.

Frühstück mit 16,80 EUR sehr hochpreisig.

Great location next to the Campus and the city center. Very clean. Different pillows in the room. Modern style

Early check in is 15€ extra. The room temperature is warm, even though outside it was around 15-20 degrees Celsius. I’ve stayed in this place several times and it’s always been quite warm in the rooms. Didn’t get AC to work

Ich würde das Premium Inn wieder buchen, trotz der "Zahnschmerzen" wegen dem Frühstück.

Gute Lage. Sauberes Zimmer und Badezimmer mit ansprechender Optik. Auch die anderen Räumlichkeiten (Reception, Lobby, Frühstücksraum) haben gefallen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis der Zimmer.

Qualitativ mittelmäßiges Frühstück (sehr wenig Auswahl an Wurst und Käse und jeden Tag die gleiche Auswahl) Sehr schlechtes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis des Frühstücks. Die Ablage neben dem Bett ist zu klein (Zeitung und Zeitschrift mussten auf dem Fußboden abgelegt werden)

Sehr gute Lage für den Preis perfekt

Die Lage war am perfekt. Sowohl zum Bahnhof als auch zur Kulturhalle Harmonie 10 min. Fußweg. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Sehr viel Stauraum in den Schränken. Bad hatte eine große Abstellfläche und war sehr geräumig. Kaffee und Tee mit Wasserkocher vorhanden. Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Nebenan ist ein Parkhaus was mit 10 € pro Tag ok ist wenn man im Hotel bezahlt. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Neckarpromenade. Wir waren angenehm überrascht.

Das Zimmer lag genau gegenüber vom Aufzug, das war nicht so angenehm. Dies gibt kein Punktabzug, denn irgendwo muß er ja vorhanden sein.

Lage in der Stadt ideal, nur der Verkehr zur Straße ist nichts, wenn man mit gekipptem Fenster schlafen möchte. Fenster sind aber geschlossen dicht

Ich komme gerne wieder

Sehr angenehmes Hotel. Es ist in den Zimmern sehr ruhig, trotz Hauptstraße. Das Team am Empfang ist wirklich sehr nett und kompetent.

Das Frühstück ist für Veganer leider sehr eingeschränkt. Für Vegetariere aber sehr vielfältig.

Ich habe schon fast in allen Hotels in Heilbronn übernachtet, aber dieses war für mich das beste !!

Super Frühstück, super Lage in der Innenstadt, super Preis EUR 69,- Doppelzimmer pro Nacht. Die beste Bett-Matratze auf der ich je geschlafen habe (wurde direkt aus England angeliefert). Das Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen !!
