Additionally, a large multi-purpose space serves as a media/rumpus/theater/gaming room with custom built-ins designed for family entertainment. This space includes a large flat-screen TV and has the flexibility to sleep up to four individuals. The rumpus room has its own dedicated bath with a tub/shower, adding functionality to the area.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a Bosch appliance suite surrounded by custom walnut cabinetry. The kitchen design is elevated with a stunning custom leathered quartzite waterfall on the peninsula and honed solid surface countertops. High-end Hansgrohe faucets adorn both the kitchen and bathrooms. The bathrooms showcase beautiful porcelain tile with thermostatically controlled heated floors, adding a touch of luxury to daily routines.
Energy efficiency is a priority in the Altis 6 Ski House, evident in the Fleetwood and Milgard windows. These windows are further enhanced by a custom Lutron shading system, allowing residents to control light levels and maintain privacy throughout the day.
