Nice property 5 nights quiet great views. No lobster pot. Pillows flat as pancakes. Could use AC or more fanes.

We loved our stay! The private beach just steps from the house was magical! I would go down and drink coffee in the morning, and my kids loved skipping rocks. Water shoes (not flip flops) are strongly recommended! We happened to visit during a heat wave, so the bracing water was indeed nature’s air conditioning.
We also attended a concert at the Pierre Montreaux School, which was a delightful evening. Highly recommend this special experience, even if classical music is not your normal jam.
We really enjoyed driving the Schoodic Loop and the Sculpture Trail. We visited Bar Harbor for a day because we had plans with others, but would not bother again, as the Schoodic Peninsula of Acadia has fewer crowds and equally breathtaking vistas.

House was very nice, clean, and very comfortable. Hancock Point is beautiful. Frenchman's Bay was deafeningly quiet during the week except for the howl of a colony or two of seals during low tide on the rocks. Bean Island in the middle is a nice calm 10-15 minute paddle out in the morning. Would definitely do this again!

Very nice stay. Was a little to far from Acadia to do things. Spent alot of time traveling. Overall nice, house was dusty when we arrived. Website said there was a drip coffeemaker, it was a Keurig? Not prepared for that.

An oceanfront cottage on a quiet, dead end street. Wake up to sunrise from your bed. The property represents a good value.

This place was just want our family needed. House was exactly as advertised with a brand new fire pit. Bald eagles hang out in the trees, we saw seals, harbor porpoises, and maybe something a little bigger out in the water. My girls found plenty of seaglass, shells and crabs along the beach. Bar Harbor and plenty of places to eat about 40 minutes away. Remote, but beautiful place to be, especially on a clear night I’ve never seen so many stars! Owners responded quickly even though we had no major issues. I highly recommend this place!

This home had it all! We loved the big picture windows looking out to the water! Our girls are 10 and loved going down to the water and skipping rocks or looking for sea glass during low tide. The home had everything we needed to cook some meals and sleep comfortably. The location was great also! 40-45 minutes to Acadia and Bar Harbor and gorgeous views along the way! We would definitely stay here again!

We got delayed a day, so we had to call the manager to let her know, and figure out the door code. She immediately answered and got it sorted out! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and enjoy the views instead of paying a restaurant for them. The bathrooms were clean, had all the towels we needed and the bed was cozy. We went searching for sea glass every night and never went away empty handed. We saw harbor seals, porpoises, and what we believed to be a whale all from our back deck. The neighborhood is quiet and calm and we enjoyed taking walks. YU takeout has the best deals for lobster rolls and Sailor and Hook had great souvenirs from Bar Harbor. We definitely recommend Sail Acadia for a fun adventure on a historic sailboat, and Country Store Antiques, Books and Wine was a fun to look for local treasures. 10/10 would recommend staying at this amazing waterfront house for a getaway!
