With just shy of 5000 sq feet of internal space to socialize and enjoy with your family and friends, our family home is the place to be. Banquet windows providing optimal views to the lake while enjoying a meal together, or socializing in our main floor living room. Waking up to the stunning sunsets in the morning over the lake. Our home is flowing with optimal natural light with many exterior windows to really take in the natural beauty of Lake Ontario through our Niagara Villa.
Situated on a quiet and quaint street amidst a tight-knit lakeside community, "The Serene Sunset Villa" is a perfect escape for couples, families, and friends alike, featuring well-spaced bedrooms, sizable common areas, and ongoing lakefront views for pure serenity while away from home.
We respect our neighbors who live there year-round, so we, therefore, do not allow our guests to have parties/events and require that noise be kept at a respectable level.
• Guests have access to the whole house
(other than 2 small linen closets in the main floor lounge room and a small basement storage room).
• This property features self-check-in, no keys are required.
• Grocery stores, specialty shops, and boutiques are 5 minutes away.
If you need assistance with something please reach out through the Airbnb app and we'll be happy to assist you between 8am and 8 pm, daily.
Beautiful quiet neighbourhood with a two minute walk to the Lakeside Waterfront Beach. Minutes drive to Mississauga Beach and Mississauga point golfing. In the heart of Wine country making bikes a beautiful option for wine touring!
Maximum 4 cars at any time in our driveway and no street parking.
Driving is made easy on the town and city streets.
Bike rentals are available by local facilities if you wish to have bikes during your stay.
HOUSE RULES:
Our rules are pretty straight-to-the-point. Some are backed by the city's laws, and not following them could mean big fines, losing demerit points, or even waving goodbye to our short-term rental license. We don't joke around with these bylaws and house rules, and we're thankful for your understanding and cooperation
• No parties or events are permitted on the property.
• No more than 8 adults are allowed on the property without prior approval.
• Smoking is prohibited indoors.
• A maximum of 4 cars are permitted in the driveway (City bylaw).
• Street parking is not allowed (strictly enforced bylaw).
• Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome, with a limit of 2.
COTTAGE Registration:
After booking confirmation, a "Cottage Booking Registration" will be sent to you via email, which must be completed and returned prior to arriving for the booking. This is a mandatory requirement enforced by the town, not us.
Our team will inform you via chat once it has been sent. Depending on your check-in date, the contract issuance may take a few days to a few weeks.
We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to host you.
