With the capacity to comfortably sleep up to 10 people, our townhouse is spacious enough to accommodate a large family or group.

Our charming 3-level townhouse is newly renovated with vinyl flooring throughout the house.

The upper level offers 3 bedrooms. A King bedroom with an En-Suite full bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Each bedroom has 2 sleeping pillows in the closet. Bath, hand towels, and a hair dryer can be found in the hallway closet.

The main level consist of living/dining room with TV. You have free access to Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. The living room opens to a deck providing a pleasant outdoor space. This level also has a half bathroom and a kitchen with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances including a stove, oven, fridge and a microwave.

The kitchen includes a bench seating and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, utensils, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric tea kettle and an egg cooker. We offer coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper as basics. We also provide hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a sponge.

The lower level has 2 Fulton beds (sleeps 2 on each bed) and a full bathroom. The walkout basement allows natural light and provides easy access to the patio and the outdoors.

- Pets are not allowed
- Events/Parties are not allowed
- Visitors allowed with Host’s PERMISSION ONLY! - Quiet Hours: 9:00PM - 7:00AM
- Report any damage immediately
- No street shoes allowed inside the house
- No foods and/or drinks allowed in the bedrooms
- Clean any spills or messes made immediately

Important!!!
- NO FOOD in the SINK; discard all food debris, cookings oils/grease & coffee grounds into.
- FLUSH ONLY TOILET PAPER in the toilet
--> DO NOT FLUSH: tissues, wipes, DIAPERS, paper towels, feminine hygience products, trash of any kind, etc in the toilet.

****Check-out Instructions****
- Gather dirty towels and put them in the laundry room which is located in the basement.
- Take out the garbage to the dumpster which is in front of the entrance/main door.
- Close all doors and windows.
- Notify host at departure.

****Car and Parking Info****
- This is a residential area; no commercial vehicle, RV, bus, etc allowed to be parked. - One free parking spot (space #85) is reserved for your use. If you require additional parking, it's available with a refundable deposit of $100. For a second car, you can use a visitor parking space with "Parking Permit Only" on a first come, first served basis. The visitor parking spaces have no numbers. Upon check out, return the parking permit to receive the deposit refund. Illegally parked cars may be towed at your/guest's expense; the host bears no liability. Please leave no belongings in the car including luggage, laptop, purse, cash, etc. Please inform us before your arrival if you need additional parking so we can make arrangements.

****Early/Late Check-in/Check-out****

-Early check-in and late check-out is not guaranteed and depends on availability. Additionally, there will be a $100 charge (extra VRBO fee & taxes not included) for check-in before 3pm and check-out after 11am. Requests should be made BEFORE reservation/arrival!
