Old Mystic, the "original Mystic," was a regular stopping point for stagecoaches on their New London-Providence runs. It is said that George Washington slept in the house across the street, and Abraham Lincoln may have spent time in the house next door! If only these wonderful homes could whisper tales of the past~ what would they say?

Wow, we loved our stay at the Chandler Apartment! Easy to check in, LOTS of space for the 3 of us, and so thoroughly decorated with a seaport theme. The couch was large and inviting, the kitchen had absolutely everything you might need, and the beds were super comfortable. Debbie left us warm apple pie in the dining room, and there were so many charming details to discover in the apartment (which was immaculately clean). Lots of Keurig coffees for the morning too. Wish we had stayed longer to take advantage of the outdoor fire pit and lawn games area, but we would definitely stay here again!

Debbi and Paul have a great property. Well appointed. There was real cream for coffee and fresh apple pie slices. The apartment was clean and finding the property in the dark was easy. Check-in and out were seamless. The apartment is near all the attractions. We were in town for a family reunion and having this accomodation made it perfect.

We loved staying at this property. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you could ever need for a pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean and the apartment and property were quiet. We were close to all of the sights in Mystic but had a quiet, relaxing spot for the evenings. The owner provided very clear check-in and check-out instructions that were simple and clear and made everything easy. Thank you for sharing your property with us - we had a wonderful time and enjoyed it so much!

One of the best places I ever stayed at. Very patriotic and the hosts love America. It was great to see such patriotism as I served in the Army and a veteran. The hospitality was remarkable and welcoming.

I came here with my husband and school aged son and we had a blast. Meals around the antique table, movies every night while lounging on the sectional, a quick drive to the aquarium, Olde Mystic Village, the Seaport Museum and downtown ... Perfect! I've stayed in a lot of Vrbos and while all lovely, the hosts had a gross absenteeism. Debbie and Paul were available by text and checked in after our first evening there. The check out process was so bare bones it had the sense of being a boutique hotel, not a short term rental. Loved it!
