Please note that the property is located near an airfield, approximately 34 kilometers away, which may result in occasional noise. The neighborhood values peace and quiet, so respectful behavior is expected. Additionally, the owner does not accommodate youth groups. Public parking is available on the road, and a supermarket is conveniently located within a 4-kilometer radius.

Unit Layout
You will find a comfortable and rustic 6-room house spanning 280 m2 that features a living/dining area with a dining table and digital TV, leading out to the patio. There are four bedrooms, each equipped with a french bed and a shower/WC. Additionally, there is one room with a french bed. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table.

The property boasts a range of amenities to make your vacation more enjoyable, including a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, private patio, microwave, television, and a maximum capacity of 10 people. It features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, providing ample space for larger groups or families.
Other Information
The property offers a shower/WC for your convenience. You can relax on the terrace, which is equipped with furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs, while enjoying the view of the swimming pool and garden. Additional facilities include a safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi internet is provided free of charge. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
