About this house rental
This beautiful, 2500 sq ft, 5 bedroom, 2 full bath vacation home is located in the Dock Square neighborhood of Kennebunkport, Maine. There is also an outside shower for summer use. Perfect for two families vacationing together, or a large, extended family reunion/vacation. It sleeps 10 people and is a short walk to downtown shops, restaurants and bars.
Extensive renovations were completed in 2018.
The space
The home is a two-story colonial house, built in 1760, and sits on nearly an acre of well-manicured land at the entrance of a cul-de-sac near the Kennebunk River. The entire home was refurbished, with new bedrooms, a new kitchen, and new furniture and bedding.
Guest access
Outside –
Slider off breezeway leads to deck overlooking back yard and garden. Deck contains deck furniture perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cookouts. Deck also has a new outdoor grill. The large, private back yard is ideal for summer fun like wiffleball, volleyball, croquet, badminton and cookouts.

4th Bedroom – 2 single beds
Adjoining 5th Bedroom – 2 Single beds
Full Bathroom (same bathroom that connects to the master)
Outside shower for summer use.
