About this house rental
Welcome to the historic Carl Butler Carriage House! This unique home was designed in 1921 by one of Manhattan's most prolific architects, Henry B. Winter, and is located across from City Park on Manhattan's most exclusive street. Here are a few things you can expect from your stay:
✔ Right across from City Park
✔ Walk one block to Aggieville/KSU/Downtown
✔ Feel like you are going up to your private loft
✔ A 55" TV in every room
✔ The BEST hospitality in town!
Stylistically the structure has a mix of Prairie and Arts and Crafts elements including very light cream-grey stucco siding with dark brown brick and cross beam accents and a red tile roof. All the brickwork on the house and backyard fence is elaborate, interesting, and unique.
The Carriage House is all to yourselves. For large groups, the main house can be booked separately (if available). There are two parking spots in front of the carriage house for you!
