Hotel was kind of outdated, and the night worker was rude. I mean I don’t mind paying a deposit but $100 I mean I’ve never been charged that at a nicer hotel before. This place wasn’t even worth the $99 I paid for the room. Worker tried telling me it was mandatory at every hotel, but I stay in hotels a lot almost every weekend and $25 is the most that’s ever been charged. Then was told that I couldn’t have 5 people sleeping in my room and that my son being so young didn’t count, and that even with him it could only be 2 adults and 2 kids, (which is Carly what we had was 2 adults and 2 kids) she then turned around and said that they are strict there and that if it were anyone else they would have to charge me $20 or so extra for an extra person. I do understand that but I’ve never been charged extra for an extra person and she just kept contradicting herself. To be honest my family and I will never be back there to stay again. Considering we spend almost every weekend in hotels for travel ball I will stay away from this hotel chain all together. I will say the guy upon check out was much nicer and didn’t give us any problems.

I know it is a cheaper hotel but it’s the first one of this chain where I was worried about bed bugs.

The front desk people were so rude to us. The house keepers are very rude. They would knock on our door everyday we were there demanding to clean the room with such disrespect. I’m literally disgusted with this hotel. When I came and got my 100 despot back the guy literally took his time and told me how bad I left the room which was not true at all. I keeped it clean as a whistle the only reason why they thot that because they didn’t like dogs at all and mine were service animals

The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean. The only complaint I would have is the bed was a little uncomfortable. The price was right and close to everything I needed
