Things did not properly work in the rooms. I had to be moved twice and also I could not take showers because the shower water kept filling up in the tub and customer service and management was very rude when i called about information about my deposit they hold on your debet card. I will never stay again at this location !!

The older lady that checked us in needs an attitude adjustment.

Maintenance was sorely needed. Outlets didn’t work. Shower curtain rod was broken. Breakfast was terrible. Loud music from the parking lot at 3am which front desk took care of.

Pleasant stay. Simple, dated, showing some minor signs of age. However, the staff were all super nice and did their best to accommodate us as best as they could. Nicer accomodations nearby, but can't beat that price tag - under $100 bucks a night!

Not good. Tv didnt work very well and the remote not at all. They replaced it with another broken one. Took this place because of the hot tub and one large family over took rhe place and didn't share. They were eating, drinking and partying in there. Granny was a pleasant night attendant but not much help. Breakfast would have been ok if it had been stocked. We were.there early and it didnt get stocked at all while we tried to eat.

I was overall happy with our stay. We had a king bed and pull out couch. The room reminded me of a small studio apartment instead of a hotel. There were small cleanliness issues (curtains were dirty, sheets for pull out couch had bleach stains) but nothing too terrible. The chlorine in the pool was a bit much, and because of previous visitors, i had to use a different card for ancillaries because they did not accept the banking company. Breakfast was good, would prefer scrambled eggs over pre-cooked egg patties.

We were in town for my sons sports tournament. I specifically picked this hotel which was out of our way for the pool and spa which said 10a-10p. We checked in at 3pm between game times, got back at 7:40pm and went straight to the pool. At 8:10pm the front desk clerk came and said pool closes at 8pm. I said the hours are on the wall and website and it says 10pm. She said we changed that and still made us leave. Super disappointed considering thats the only reason we stayed here.
The room and hotel were clean.
The breakfast was good, but made me and my daughter sick as soon as we got back to the room.
The rest of the stay was decent and the hotel was not bad otherwise.

The front desk was not helpful when I told them my toliet wouldn’t fill up with water and I had to fix it myself. We had a pull out couch but no bedding or pillows for it. There is one tiny trash can in the room and the carpet needed replaced. The whole second floor hallway smelled like pot the whole weekend. The breakfast and the coffee were pretty good. Not a completely terrible experience but not a great one either. We really wanted to use the pool but it’s not heated and was very very cold. The little ones couldn’t swim at all. Probably won’t pick this place again in the future. But the price was good.

It was good. Was just on a short family get away with kids. Room was good, beds comfy. Offered breakfast, waffle maker was out of order ( of course that’s what kids wanted) but other than that was decent. Liked that they had a cappuccino machine as an option. Front desk was friendly had a pool it was ok

Was pre charged for the room which has never happened when staying there. Then upon checking in not only did they charge for the next night but they also did a pre authorization as well. Which made two payments become tied up to include also the incidental fee as well. So in total over 200+ when it should been less than 150.00. Due to all of this, I won’t stay at this hotel ever again. Not only that but housekeeping bugged us when it was early in the morning.

Was a good stay but would never check in with older white lady there again

It was extremely difficult getting into the property during all the school traffic. The shower made no sense and didn’t work. Housekeeping banged on door way before checkout time asking when I was going to leave. The room phone rang before checkout time and they hung up when I answered. The room was very small and not very functional.

Was clean, they have breakfast and staff is great. Easy to accommodate and quick check in and check out

We got no towels after they cleaned our room. The breakfast staff didn’t refill the food and all I got was my own made waffle, it’s only three hours but she was already on break drinking coffee and relaxing. There was no towel in the pool area. My key cards didn’t work must of the time. I had to go get another key. The pull out sofa bed frame was broken. We end up pulling the mattress onto the floor and sleep on it. There isn’t vent in the bathroom so the steam stayed for a long time. The tub was so high above the floor, when I come out, there was an unsafe drop. The shower rod was bending downward and the shower curtain didn’t contain the water, the floor was soaked with water after each shower.
The only good part was the front desk customer service representative, they were friendly and very helpful.

We love the pool and hot tub

Pull out bed had feces or blood on mattress, no sheets, on the Jacuzzi, when v you into it there is a drain cover that you cut your foot on, there are people in the hallways talking about drug deals, the whole third floor smells like marijuana, in the middle of the night I got up to smoke a cigarette outside and there was a man on the couch in the lobby with no shirt on. Can't believe I paid $115.00 for all of that.

There was mold in the room and they would not move my room and give me another it was a horrible experience

Room was nice. Staff at front desk lady was nice guy not so much. Water in shower was not very hot almost cold. Shower in handicap room did not have a base to hold the shower head on that would keep the water from blowing out on the floor.
But the biggest problem was the no breakfast at 8:30 in the morning. Was no eggs, sausage was cold and hard and only a couple in the pan. No omelet in the omelet pan. No creamer for the coffee. No lids for the coffee cups.
But the cleaning staff and front desk staff had full plates of food and they were talking loud and ignoring the no food for guests.
Homeless people were aloud to come in and get coffee and what little food was there. Making the food area unsanitary.
Hot tub was broke.
Handicap parking was taken by cars with no handicap id's.
I am in a wheelchair had to park in the back of the parking lot where i could have room to lower my wheelchair ramp on my truck.
Not a very good stay for a best Western hotel for the prices you pay for the room.
Next time i will stay at comfort inn or the Ramada inn. Where they do not have these problems.
Feel i should get a refund of some sorts as i did not get what was supposed to be there.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!
I typically do not respond to these sort of surveys. However, my experience was so horrible that I actually taking the time in hopes that this reaches someone that can impact future outcomes.
After checking into our room, we checked the beds, as we always do upon entering a hotel room for the first time. Generally, when we do this, we discover cleanliness, tidiness and care. Until yesterday.
We lifted up the mattress closest to the door and were HORRIFIED at what we found. There was A BUUUUUNCH of old, NASTY, food sandwiched between the box springs and mattress. There were BUGS(!!) all over the nightstand.
It was apparent that the food had been there for quite some time - much longer than a couple of days.
We went down to the front desk to pursue a refund. They informed us that we would need to work with Expedia on that.
As if the experience wasn’t already poor enough, I, somehow, was unprepared for what would come next.
Working through this with Expedia support felt almost as bad, maybe even worse, than the experience at the hotel. Nobody wanted to help. Nobody could help. I was given a handful of numbers that resulted in dead ends.
It was so bad that I literally just gave up. I didn’t want to waste anymore of what should have been a pleasant evening with my family.
If this is not made right, I will NEVER use Expedia again and will shout my story from the rooftops to anyone that will listen.
This has been the worst experience.

Stayed here multiple times. The first floor rooms are muggy and damp. I assume it’s because the pool is also first floor.

Unsecured doors caused an intoxicated person to come destroy the property. Fire extinguished the building causing the smoke detectors to activate, scaring all guest and especially young children. They are also not responsive about refund.

The Hallways were dirty, the shower door wouldn't close unless you picked up on it . Just wasn't one of the best Best Western plus Hotels we've stayed at. We have stayed in other ones and they have been clean. Suppose to get my 50.00 deposit back when we checked out and still haven't received it. Won't stay again.

The property needs a make over for sure. But I love its location, tucked back but still in an area with lots of shopping options. Check in was sooo easy, clerk was friendly as was housekeeping. Breakfast was just ok, but it’s free
