The place smelled really bad and my family and I did not feel safe in this location.

This is the worst hotel i've ever been to. it smells like urine and feces. There are drug deals going on and cockroaches in the hallways. Children are left alone asking where their mommy is because they have no food and are hungry. The front desk didnt seem concerned or bothered by it and said that is their business not hers.

The hotel was disturbing. My room has roaches in it dead and alive. The bathroom has them as well, my bathtub was in need of makeover the paint was horrible. I ended just sleeping in my truck overnight due to roaches crawling everywhere I certainly didn't wanna take them home with me.

It was ok. For the price, you get what you get. Although it was a non-smoking hotel, inside had a distinct smell of smoke. Tub didn’t drain well. Needs a good painting. Bedding had cigarette burns and pillows were small

Keep in mind this is not Econo Lodge or Clarion it is a Homeless Shelter where all homeless people live there and it stinks i have to leave immediately after check in i don’t recommend to my enemies even.

I was very uncomfortable with the surroundings. There were men hanging around outside, and a homeless couple and their dog were in the parking lot. The room and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was listed as a smoke-free hotel. I was only able to sleep for about 2 hours because of yelling somewhere around my room, and it kept sounding like heavy objects being dropped on the floor above me. I had pre-paid for 2 nights but checked out about 5:30 a.m. and forfeited the second night.

The room was clean but smelled like mildew. The bathroom was totally disgusting! Walter poring from the ceiling and black mold look at photos below! I went down and showed the GM and they only said sorry about that. They moved me the next day in to the 4th floor from the 3rd. In this bathroom there was no black mold and leaking but a cockroach going up the wall! I should have gotten a refund of something back for all this. It only got a sorry about that. I stayed there last year and it was not that bad. One year later the restaurant is now closed that was open last year and a TON of shady people just hanging outside and smoking pot. They looked homeless. I bet they’re staying here on a weekly rate. The parking lot had zero lights and is totally dark! Please stay somewhere else not here!!! This place is also the Clarion Hotel. Same building! I should have been offered a refund but nothing!

The staff was great! Unfortunately, the room that I had... had roaches! I only stayed for 2 nights because I noticed the roaches on the 3rd day and checked out.

Fine. No issues. Nothing great either.

We saw two cockroaches in the room, there were no covers on the vent in the bathroom, there was trash on the floor in the room, and the blankets/bedspread had cigarette burns on both beds. And that was the clean part, the hall carpet was worn and stained, the door to the building broken, and it smelled of cigarette smoke. I will never stay there again.

I was injured by a faulty door and the management said " not our problem, I have picture of the injury and a video of the faulty door.
They put me in a room where the shower didn't work, then moved me to a room where the water was barely warm. Bugs in the rooms. I have requested Expedia no list them. I am pasting this to my google review.
They wouldn't even refund that night of terror.

The ladies who work the front desk were very nice. But....I was there for 5 days, the entire time I had no hot water (yes, i let them know), my room was never cleaned, I only got clean towels once. I stayed at the Clarion, and next door at the Econo Lodge, it seemed as if it was a homeless shelter. I laid by the pool and the people at the Econo Lodge were all hanging out smoking weed right in the pool area, and yes i realize it is legal there but not everyone enjoys it, especially people with young children. If they want to do it fine, but do it somewhere else. The pool was clean but the cement around it seemed as if it ever got swept.

I wish it would have accommodated my needs better to be honest, no coffee or coffee pot in the room or the lobby, the pool was cloudy and smelled strongly like bleach and we couldn’t shower because they didn’t have the boiler lit for there to be hot water and the maintenance man couldn’t fix it until our stay was over, my hubby was not happy about having to take a cold shower it makes him moody. Poor experience unfortunately.

I had to change rooms 2 times. The 1st room the tv didn't work, 2nd room had a heavy smell of smoke and weed and no tv remote and the phone didn't work. The last room they put me in was dirty. The bathroom light needs to be clean because it looks like it hasn't been touched in years. I highly don't not and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were offered a better room than the disaster they tried to pawn off on us. After taking the better room and coming in late we were kept awake for hours by screaming and swearing in the courtyard below our room. The next day while we were out they gave our room to someone else. We were able to recover most of our items. And they reluctantly gave us another room. In the middle of the second night some tried to open our door with the key and stated they front desk had just given them our room. Run, don't walk away. They need to burn this thing down and start over!

The hotel was loud, dirty, smelled of weed, and poorly maintained. The check in process went well, until we got to the room and there was someone else already in it. They also apparently had a couple other rooms on the floor and the doors were propped open with a couple of dogs running freely between the rooms.
I returned to the desk only to be told they had overbooked and didn't have anything else available. At this point I had already decided to leave and asked that they just cancel the reservation. I was assured that they would and that I would receive a complete refund.
Now, 4 days later, I am still waiting for the refund. I was forced to have to pay for a different hotel out of pocket costing me $400 for the 3 nights. This made what was supposed to be a fun weekend celebrating my daughter graduating from college and made it much more stressfull financially.
I am still waiting on hotels.com to settle this. The operator I initially talked to told me it was a one night penalty for canceling the same day. I guess they expected me to share a room.

The lady at the front desk gave my room away and refused to help me even though when i had called 3 hours earlier she said everything was fine. I ended up having to find another hotel the night of no thanks to hotels.com.
Very frustrated and never using this site again.

The floor in the hallway leading to the room was soaking wet then my toilet wouldn't flush so they gave me a new room but it was someone else's so me and my family had to go back to the front office and my fiance is 8 months pregnant so she wasn't happy and none of the ice machines worked and when I did finally get a room the room stank we went and bought scented candles won't be going back any time soon

No hot water, hotel was overbooked and offered us a "community shower" but handed out 3 keys to other rooms to shower in while we were standing there without ever checking that folks were out. We didnt stay. I was promised my money back but its still showing on my credit card

It was the filthiest rundown place I’ve ever stayed at.
The air condition wasn’t on when I walked in the room and it stunk.
The carpet was filthy. And Freyed. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The bath towel had a hole in it.
I felt like it’s the moment cockroach with one across the floor of the wall. If they had, I would’ve left immediately, but the only good thing was they didn’t show up.
The place felt unsafe, as it appeared that people/families were living there somewhat permanently. Felt like all of this should’ve been disclosed on Expedia site. Actually should not be on Expedia site. It’s Disgusting
