It was ok. For the price, you get what you get. Although it was a non-smoking hotel, inside had a distinct smell of smoke. Tub didn’t drain well. Needs a good painting. Bedding had cigarette burns and pillows were small

Keep in mind this is not Econo Lodge or Clarion it is a Homeless Shelter where all homeless people live there and it stinks i have to leave immediately after check in i don’t recommend to my enemies even.

I was very uncomfortable with the surroundings. There were men hanging around outside, and a homeless couple and their dog were in the parking lot. The room and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was listed as a smoke-free hotel. I was only able to sleep for about 2 hours because of yelling somewhere around my room, and it kept sounding like heavy objects being dropped on the floor above me. I had pre-paid for 2 nights but checked out about 5:30 a.m. and forfeited the second night.

The room was clean but smelled like mildew. The bathroom was totally disgusting! Walter poring from the ceiling and black mold look at photos below! I went down and showed the GM and they only said sorry about that. They moved me the next day in to the 4th floor from the 3rd. In this bathroom there was no black mold and leaking but a cockroach going up the wall! I should have gotten a refund of something back for all this. It only got a sorry about that. I stayed there last year and it was not that bad. One year later the restaurant is now closed that was open last year and a TON of shady people just hanging outside and smoking pot. They looked homeless. I bet they’re staying here on a weekly rate. The parking lot had zero lights and is totally dark! Please stay somewhere else not here!!! This place is also the Clarion Hotel. Same building! I should have been offered a refund but nothing!

Im on disability and trying to find a place to stay.

We saw two cockroaches in the room, there were no covers on the vent in the bathroom, there was trash on the floor in the room, and the blankets/bedspread had cigarette burns on both beds. And that was the clean part, the hall carpet was worn and stained, the door to the building broken, and it smelled of cigarette smoke. I will never stay there again.

Roaches and it smells bad

I was injured by a faulty door and the management said " not our problem, I have picture of the injury and a video of the faulty door.
They put me in a room where the shower didn't work, then moved me to a room where the water was barely warm. Bugs in the rooms. I have requested Expedia no list them. I am pasting this to my google review.
They wouldn't even refund that night of terror.

It was quiet and pool access was coil

Stayed there before about two years ago and thought I would try again. Mistake on my part to stay there again.

Room was falling apart. Ceiling had pieces collapsing into the room.

I had to change rooms 2 times. The 1st room the tv didn't work, 2nd room had a heavy smell of smoke and weed and no tv remote and the phone didn't work. The last room they put me in was dirty. The bathroom light needs to be clean because it looks like it hasn't been touched in years. I highly don't not and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The front desk clerk Anah H. was very kind and accommodating, she’s a great host!

The lobby of the economy lodge smelled like something died and there was a very large cockroach crawling on the wall inside the lobby
2.9
It had no hot water roach infestation holes in the sheets, not child friendly, drug smell through out the hotel, strains on the sheets and towels and overly expensive the bad experience there.
2.9
Hot water didn’t work. I had a white rag that was dirty brown. Floors were sticky. The place stunk.
2.9
No hot water in the room, alarm clock didn’t work, no plug ins worked. Terrible stay.

The hotel was loud, dirty, smelled of weed, and poorly maintained. The check in process went well, until we got to the room and there was someone else already in it. They also apparently had a couple other rooms on the floor and the doors were propped open with a couple of dogs running freely between the rooms.
I returned to the desk only to be told they had overbooked and didn't have anything else available. At this point I had already decided to leave and asked that they just cancel the reservation. I was assured that they would and that I would receive a complete refund.
Now, 4 days later, I am still waiting for the refund. I was forced to have to pay for a different hotel out of pocket costing me $400 for the 3 nights. This made what was supposed to be a fun weekend celebrating my daughter graduating from college and made it much more stressfull financially.
I am still waiting on hotels.com to settle this. The operator I initially talked to told me it was a one night penalty for canceling the same day. I guess they expected me to share a room.

We were offered a better room than the disaster they tried to pawn off on us. After taking the better room and coming in late we were kept awake for hours by screaming and swearing in the courtyard below our room. The next day while we were out they gave our room to someone else. We were able to recover most of our items. And they reluctantly gave us another room. In the middle of the second night some tried to open our door with the key and stated they front desk had just given them our room. Run, don't walk away. They need to burn this thing down and start over!

The lady at the front desk gave my room away and refused to help me even though when i had called 3 hours earlier she said everything was fine. I ended up having to find another hotel the night of no thanks to hotels.com.
Very frustrated and never using this site again.
2.9
Rooms were poorly cleaned and had bed bugs and roaches
2.9
The floor in the hallway leading to the room was soaking wet then my toilet wouldn't flush so they gave me a new room but it was someone else's so me and my family had to go back to the front office and my fiance is 8 months pregnant so she wasn't happy and none of the ice machines worked and when I did finally get a room the room stank we went and bought scented candles won't be going back any time soon

No hot water, hotel was overbooked and offered us a "community shower" but handed out 3 keys to other rooms to shower in while we were standing there without ever checking that folks were out. We didnt stay. I was promised my money back but its still showing on my credit card

The hotel was nasty and they didn’t have a room ready in time and they wanted a $100 deposit on a $60 room-we didn’t stay
2.9
They gave us a room and people were in it

It was a really comfortable stay I enjoyed myself

This hotel was dirty and disgusting. Its false advertisement. The picture you see is not the room you get. I had to leave. The carpets were horribly stained. The bed spread was stained. There were cigarette burns on the sheets. Would not recommend to anyone ever!!!

Econo lodge rooms are run down and dirty. Carpets filthy and stained, walls had dirt and scuff marks all over them. Bed sheets were dirty with cigarette burns. But thankfully they were able to switch me to the Clarion side of thr hotel and the room was definitely cleanier and better presented.
However, The Clarion didn't inform us that they didn't have hot water! I was very disappointed and would like a refund.
2.9
My room would not lock and it was just over very dirty holes in ceiling and still have not received my refund
2.9
I reserved the rooms for some residents that was displaced. They did not stay at all. The rooms were not cleaned before their stay. There was water bottles from previous occupant in the room, bed bugs present, the toilet would not flush, and the a/c unit was hanging from the wall. I cannot believe hotels.com has this on their site. This hotel has several health and safety issues going. My residents did not stay one night and they still would not give me any kind of refund.

the property itself is ok, clean enough, but they rent by the month as a residential facility so theres a lot of seedy/trashy people loitering about. The staff is less than helpful, the alleged manager cora was useless and the other desk clerk was busy babysitting and playing on her phone instead of doing her job. The property is also 2 different hotels serviced by one desk, if you are on the "econ" side you have to pay $7 to get breakfast, even tho the breakfast is nothing more than fruit and cereal. They dont even refill the coffee urn, when what they put out at 630 is gone, its gone. I stay here because its usually cheap and clean, but I will likely find another option next year

One of the worst places Ive ever stayed. Couldnt sleep after getting woke up by biting bugs. Was bitten total of 3x. Yuk!
There were cockroachs besides the bed bugs. The carpets were disgusting
2.9
The service was horrible. We explained how bad it was and we were not offered a different room and we decided to check out. They kept our money and never refunded us for the remainder of the stay.
2.9
The area is a little rough. But my stay was pleasant.
2.9
Kept seeing roaches, one even was crawling on my arm while I was feeding my newborn baby on the bed. Very poor condition and smelled like smoke even though we booked a non smoking room, even saw residue from a cigarette on the counter. Never again.
It was so bad we checked out early.

It's so so you get what you pay for.

Room was dirty, had no towels. Asked for towels 3 times. 4 hours later I went to front desk and got towels myself. Door to room didn’t lock. Was very uncomfortable.
