It was a nice trip, I had couple issues that the front desk and other staff took care of quickly... And they have a bar on property that was a nice extra

It was the filthiest worst place I've ever seen. Felt like a horror movie. It was so terrible and filthy I left and ended up sleeping in my car in a parking lot. I felt more comfortable in my car in a strange parking lot then I did at this place. The door lock had to be forced. There was a gab between where you could see outside and vise versa. There where some kind of brackets someone had screwed into the door frame to be able to put a bar or something to keep the door secure. The curtain was held on in one corner by a screw and was unable to close. The air conditioner did not have a cover over it and wires where hanging. There was a TV hanging on the wall but no remote. When we tried to turn it on, on the TV, we found that no channels were available. We then discovered that the TV was plugged in the wall but no cable or any wifi. As we tried to move the desk under the TV to get to the plug, the desk fell apart and landed on my foot bc it was held together by tape. After it fell apart and moved away from the wall about 50 roaches scrambled. Wires were hanging from the ceiling and there were many holes in the wall we plugged with toilet paper because I felt it was a peep hole. The walls were dirty. I was afraid to even sit on the bed. Roaches everywhere. No privacy or security. I was in a pinch with a small budget and had low expectations for the area and price, but I never expected it to be that bad. Apparently it is a place for drugs and prostitution and not the average...

U didn’t stay here because the room was riddled in graffiti and roaches it was unsanitary and huge frankly unsafe for dwelling would not recommend this hotel it needs to be shut down

It is so bad. I generally don't care but nothing was acceptable here. The pictures are not of the property either

Do "maintenance" issue was not able to stay the location but was not told about the issue until I arrive at 4 pm. Based on the number of people that left while I was working with hotels.com support it was not just a small number of rooms that were impacted.

I didn’t like anything other then semi clean shower , bed was ok air barely worked , ppl out loud late at night and the club on Friday night was super loud until nearly 4am door barely shut and locked had roaches I wouldn’t recommend it I only got it cause it was $100 for 2 nites now I no why

A total disgrace: animals eating on the floor of the parking lot and relieving themselves in front of the accommodation, extension cords in the reception area which was totally dilapidated, no electricity in the room, no air conditioning, a totally unhealthy room, insects everywhere in the room and on the bedding, an absolute disgrace which I reported to hotels.com.

I didnt like anything the staff was horrible and charged extra fees for no reason. We jad to bomb the room because of the amount of roaches. Everything was nasty and unclean the staff wouldnt give us clean towels or bedding and the bed in our first 2 rooms were broke and sinking in in the middle
