This was a HORRIBLE hotel experience, and we will never stay here again! We felt unsafe being on the ground level (window facing parking lot), due to all of the unhoused and inebriated/drugged people wandering around the parking lot. The latch on the door had obvious signs of being previously broken out, and replaced by a new latch (see photo #1). The bathroom was aged, dingy, and dirty. Towels were extremely thin. Walls were so thin, we could hear our neighbors. Pool was unusable due to being used to hold mattresses. I did not feel safe at this hotel! This is unlike any Wyndham property we have ever stayed at. The safety of the staff must be of concern, since the check in clerk was literally behind a plexiglass shield. We were told by someone from Corvallis that this hotel is where people are sent when they don’t have a place to go when discharged from the hospital. I can’t believe we spent $170+ per night for the “opportunity “ to stay in this horrible place.

This place is very dirty and worn out. Over $200. For this horrible property is a huge price gouge. I wouldn’t pay $39 to stay again, how do I get a refund ?

There were blood splatters on the bathroom door and sink. Room was filthy. Staff was rude. Awakened at 4 AM by a flood of the hotel. Did not feel safe in the hotel because drug addicts were in parking lot behind hotel fighting most of the night.

I boked this hotel largely because it had a pool and hot tub, but both were closed. The butons on our A/C were missing as was the lock on our room door. Breakfast was bagels with a broken toaster and peanut butter and jelly. The bed was soft on one side and hard on the other from use. Would not have stayed if we weren't tired and desperate.

This hotel is a cheep option for the area, there are more expensive hotels that offer much more The staff are nice and will do what they can to make your stay better This hotel is I real need of a face lift and could be so much better The elevator was broken and pool was closed the hotel also has a very strong smell, not sure why perhaps it’s because they use to allow smoking in the rooms back in the day All in all it’s close to downtown and is very walkable we stayed here for a football game as it was a cheaper option so you do pay for what you get

Gross, disgusting, damaged room reeking of stale desperation. Embarrassed to bring my wife there. Breakfast was pathetic but fresh. All staff were doing the best they could. Elevators broken, pool out of service. Wretched property that should be demolished, exorcised and then rebuilt.

This property is old and needs to have a lot of work to bring it back to life. There was damage that should have been repaired. Had to pull the door tight in the frame in order for the key card to unlock it. There was a hole in the bedspread. The automatic closure on the door was just hanging and not attached. The elevator was not working. Fortunately I was on the ground floor. There is no pride of ownership in this property!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The place smelled like cigarettes despite being a non smoking facility. Elevators out of order. Food from previous guest in the fridge. The entire property is in need of renovation. The lobby smelled bad.

Felt very welcome and easy parking that was the only good things. Comforters were both dirty, couldnt turn bathroom faucet to turn off very well. The light fixture plug ins didnt work. The light bulb had black paint on it. The pool was closed and it didnt say it anywhere on the website. No garbage can in room.

This was by far the worst night I’ve stayed in a hotel. When you walk into the room you get slapped with a smell of wet dog. There was mold all over the bathroom walls, poop on the walls, holes in the walls near the bed, the tv was broke (leaning on one side), the floors were so sticky that our shoes got stuck both bathroom and bedroom and the faucet was sticky. We had a baby with us, so we had to clean everything making it to were we needed to go get cleaning supplies. The guy at the front desk was not helpful nor nice. The pool was also down and we were never notified at check-in. If I could get a negative star, I would. This was disgusting!!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Our room was next to bathrooms that at one point seemed to have flooded. It literally stunk. So we moved rooms. The reception was disengaged and complained about being tired. The parking lot was filled with people hanging out in their vehicles or loitering outside the hotel. We were greeted with one individual that stated “ Don’t worry I would not steal from you” In which I replied, “Thank you.” Would not stay again but thankfully our car or room was not broken into.

Horrible experience. Only giving the one star so I can leave an honest review for the next person looking for a last minute stay. Reserved through Hotels.com based on the pictures and location. We were road tripping so we were looking for a hot tub. Upgraded to a King/Riverview room. You can NOT see the river from this hotel and the pool/hot tub were closed. There are people living in the hotel with obvious substance abuse problems. As well as hanging out in the parking lot. We felt unsafe. It's dirty and worn down. Curtains were broken. TV wouldn't work so we called the front desk and the guy came up with a whole separate remote to put it on the proper HDMI setting. It seemed sketch!

The pool and hot tub were both being worked on but the website only said the hot tub so we were expecting to be able to swim and didnt get to. There was a drug dealer in the room next to us and in the hallways when we were leaving.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. We arrived late but staff was readily available and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Had a slight musky smell but it went away once the air conditioner was turned on. Over all we were very satisfied

Easy access and easy to find. Would be nice if it was close to EV charging. As it is an older building sound travels easily into the room, we heard loud taking, TV sounds throughout the night might be hard for light sleepers to get a good night's rest.

Front desk staff was attentive. River view was lovely. Street construction required an alternative route via GPS to find the hotel. Other guests created a feeling of an unsafe environment. Over heard domestic violence occurring in a room down the hall.
