It 2as a necessary stay but not as enjoyable as I had hoped.

Location, staff and breakfast were all good.

Our room was very noisy from the refrigerator to the street noise.

The hotel is ok but if you book this hotel through booking.com, the hotel won't give you a regular invoice. You may not get reimbursed from your company and you will lose a lot of money. In my case, it was a disaster.

We’ve stayed here during our numerous visits to town and always come back due to its convenient location and ease to the locations we frequent.

Great location and a good place to stay in Corvallis. It will likely be even better when renovated.

Breakfast was mostly the standard hotel fare -- with the wonderful inclusion of gluten free muffins! It was good, and the breakfast room (overlooking the Willamette River) was clean, comfortable, and scenic. The staff member in charge of breakfast was very personable and attentive.

The hotel is undergoing renovations at this time, and this was disclosed to us upon checking in. There was some street noise, and the mattresses were in need of replacement.

The staff was sweet. The ladies that prepared breakfast for the swimmers and other teams around for state did great!

They were going through a re model which was totally fine but we had ants in the room. They did come spray but we still woke up covered in them both days.

Location right on the river, walkable to downtown. Beautiful view right outside our window. We were upgraded to a larger room when we joined their honor program.

The hotel is being renovated, which is good... it needs it! $225 per night at this point is way too high for a room at this property. We were warned about construction noise. But wow! They were working in the room right next door and it was Loud!

Disappointing

There was a water leak being worked on when we arrived. Two days later, they were still working on it, and they had to turn off the water. They say they notified us of the water being turned off with a note outside our door, but it did not happen. When we got in the shower and turned the water on brown, dirty, muddy water came out. When we went to the front desk to notify them of the situation, they said they had no rooms left for us to go shower off so we had to go take a shower next to the swimming pool with people in attendance.

The street-facing rooms are very loud and the Family Weekend price hike was very disappointing

it is close to downtown Corvallis and on the river. Beautiful location! Great breakfast and yummy cookies when we checked in.

Our room was spotless. Breakfast was good. Staff were personable and friendly.

It was great that there was garage parking but it was poorly lit.

people were in the hallway up talking and laughing until past 2:00 am. It was a very expensive stay with lots of reasons

close to where I needed to be

lack of parking. I had to park at the bank and vagrants were walking around. I was very concerned about my car and walking to the hotel

Expressly Favorable

The hotel blends well into the residential character of the neighborhood. It fronts on an extended river walk. The town is charming. The staff were very friendly and accomodating as well. We used the laundry, as we were on a 2 week vacation, all in motels, it was nice to utilize a clean facility.

Parking was a bit limited on a weekend day, but a minor issue.
