We had an amazing few days in Rome before boarding a cruise and I chose this hotel because it is directly next to the Vatican Museum and other famous attractions. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. The food is somewhat expensive but the breakfast had many choices. The staff was very eager to help accommodate anything we needed. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome for an extended period of time.

Had a few problems with air conditioning
And one night it was noisy with a few guests celebrating a birthday in courtyard below our room

The hotel was on perfect location right near the Vatican, St. Peter’s square, close to get anywhere. The hotel was loud, but comfortable. Was great place and staff were accommodating. We had air conditioners not work so they moved our room. The hotel was very close to food, and had a very nice bar and food. I loved location but wish I chose somewhere in the middle to be more walking distance to everything. This was literally next to the Vatican so very close but further from other sites so had to Uber. Great place to stay though.

Stayed for a quick visit in Rome and had an amazing visit. The staff was very friendly all spoke perfect English and were pleasant and helpful at all times. The hotel was managed well but is going through a bit of reconstruction. At times the noise level was pretty loud with the remodeling. This hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the Vatican Museum and is super convenient to most other sites. The hotel has a working relationship with the local cab companies, and you never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a ride share. I would definitely stay here again if ever given the opportunity!

Loved the terrace, quite relaxing especially on hot days.

Everything was great (most importantly clean) except for the WiFi—our room had horrible connectivity. We didn’t spend much time in our room, though, so it wasn’t a big enough deal.

We stayed here for 5 nights. It’s a close stay by Vatican City. There are also some really great food spots just minutes away. We mostly would use the Metro to get to the city attractions and Taxi it back if it got to be too late. The closest metro is about a 5 min walk from the hotel and the metro ticket is about 1.50 euro. The white taxis are about 15-20 euro per ride. That’s pretty standard in the city. Overall great experience. Nothing too fancy but is clean and the staff were super friendly and helped us navigate our way. Would recommend!

Stain bedsheet. Empty shower gel. Hand print on ceiling. Water damage walls. Not enough towels for family of 4. I did get deluxe room with two floors that suppose to fit 4 people but we were given 3 large towels each days. Hotel does response after i complain about stain sheets. Then took me two days complaining to get shower gel refilled. Hotel manager does think they are amazing for being reactive to complaints. Just a disappointing 4 star. Not a place I will stay again.

Wonderful stay in a terrace room. King sized bed and extra twin bed. Very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was cool. Very close to Vatican City. About a 3 minute walk to the stairs for our meeting point to see the Vatican. Awesome time. Did get eaten alive at free continental breakfast though. Strange. Didn't use the bar or spa, so can't speak to that. Only there one night but clean, comfortable and staff very helpful.

Pretty average hotel, clean room but very small. Facilities were very basic as were the room service options. Relatively expensive for what you get. Wouldn’t return, there would be much better options elsewhere for the price.

It is a place very close to the Vatican, that's why I liked it. The attention of the staff is very friendly. Only the cab that took us to the airport in the wee hours of the morning was running too fast.
