Shower needs to be cleaned better. There’s pink build up on the grout and streaked on the side of the tub which came off easily when I wiped with a cloth. There was also garbage left beside my bed when I first entered the room.

I traveled with my 2 grandsons n they enjoyed thd pool. Our rooms were very cozy n warm in the -20C weather. I got to plug in the truck so it would not freeze. Very good coffe n breakfast.

There was no one at the front desk for ten minutes when we tried to check in. There were brown stains on the mattress cover that looked like poop. And hair in the bathtub. The pool area is falling apart the rubber floor is peeling off and breaking everywhere. When we were swimming there where no towels. I went out to the front desk to ask for towels and had to wait 10 minutes again for someone to be at the front desk it was a ghost town. Then they said they don’t have clean towels they were in the dryers. There was not enough breakfast for the people in the hotel. Had to wait 45 minutes to actually get food. Probably the worst service I have ever experienced.

Booked this hotel for a family weekend away. Pleasantly surprised to see it being renovated, definitely needed, but nothing was intrusive and there wasn't any noticeable work being done. Just good results of the effort. Breakfast was awesome, staff were super accommodating, hot food in addition to the regular self serve options was a real plus. It's not just a dig here, but almost every hotel since the vid, but no daily hospitality service is really getting to be a bother. Room was decently clean, but not overly scrubbed by any means, but the real kicker is even though we're only there for 2 nights, we had to put up with garage bins not emptied, no fresh towels, shower that didn't drain properly, etc. Part of the reason we stay in hotel versus an Airbnb is really the extra service we should get. Price hasn't gone down but the cleaning isn't getting done. Really frustrating. This isn't just this establishment but all hotels it just unfortunately brings down our score in this review. Plus point is this location is very easily accessible if coming or going on the east end of Regina. Lots of amenities and easy access.

Bathroom was not clean, there was a used dryer sheet on the bathroom floor. Booked a room with 2 queen beds but the beds were really small. The food at breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

To say the cleanliness standards are subpar would be an understatement. We found dried blood splatter in 2 different areas of the "suite" - the closet door and the tub under the bath mat. They did come clean it each time we found it and give us a discount. The room it's self would have been ok, the room is not what I would consider a suite the king "room" didn't have a door and the closet door (which opened to the main area) was broken so there was NO privacy. There was 2 cups and 2 coffee for a room that sleeps 6. The front desk lady, Antoinette was great though!

The room had dirty torn carpet and missing light bulbs from the lamps There was also something in the drain to clog it in the tub. I don’t know if the hotel is on construction but it isn’t very clean

This hotel has seen better days. Although the cleanliness was acceptable, the condition of our room was less than appealing. The tile floor in the entry was so scuffed and marked it looked dirty, also parts of it were heaved up and uneven and I didn’t even want to walk on it without socks or shoes on. My son enjoyed the pool, the staff was nice enough and the breakfast was fine as well. Some upgrades or renovations are needing to be done soon though or this hotel will lose its usually good standards.

Hall carpets are stained and worn but the room was okay. Room furnishings show a bit of wear but still serviceable. The chair was falling apart and should be replaced. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine kept breaking. No hot water for tea. Couldn't use the pool as it was always in use by some swimming lessons. We were there for a wedding so didn't need to use the hotel for much.

Very nice and accommodating staff but the rooms are extremely dirty, we asked for a different room because the first had what looked like dog puke on the side of the bed so they switched us but we found beer bottle and chicken strip in the second room so they really aren’t thoroughly cleaned

During a medical emergency my kids and I got a room, we switched rooms, due to no pet, the following day we were advised that the room would be inspected for smoke. None of us smoke! Ultimately we were not charged but the whole situation during a difficult time was terrible. We will not ever stay at Days Inn again and changed hotels to Hamptons

I enjoyed my stay. I didnt get to use the pool area, but it had a lot of different options like hot tub, waterslide, etc. The staff seemed hit and miss at the desk, some were great, others not. Breakfast was as expected with different options each day. It was a popular place for sure, the parking lot would fill substantially once check in times started. I did find the place to be somewhat in disarray. My room could have been a little cleaner, tub had rust in it which i thought was blood at first but it wasnt. There was some painting being done which is good but the place definitely needed more maintenance, like the lack of baseboards in some areas exposed damaged drywall and other cosmetic things like that. I had a great stay regardless and the bed was comfortable. There were noisy vehicles passing by on the road or highway throughout the night, but the hotel occupants were quiet. It was good.

The tub was not clean, rust water stained on bottom. One of the mattresses was very uncomfortable with a spring poking up. The Pool and waterslide area looked like fun but didn't get a chance to use. Breakfast was great with pancake machine, and the lady in the kitchen area was very helpful and friendly.

This property wasn’t horrible but the housekeepers had no respect for people trying to sleep at 7:45 am. I actually had to go tell them that people are trying to sleep.
