The room is very spacious. Comfy beds. I would book here again! Only thing is the people working at front desk should be more welcoming, a little greet wouldn’t hurt. The person that checked me in was VERY rude!!

Overall good.
Spacious room with kitchen.
Free bottle of water would be nice.
Noisy next door neighbor.
We tried to get extra blanket for pullout bed, but nobody answered for front desk.

Everything was great except the bathe toilet was not clean properly. When I lift the seat on it the bathroom looked very dirty. Since we only stayed one night we decided not to make a big deal about it.

The hotel was overbooked, and my reservation moved me to another section of the hotel in which I was given an inferior room without any of the amenities I had booked I then had to call and get a price adjustment on my room

We enjoyed the hotel and casino!
We love to enjoy room service and was not real pleased with the menu. Except for the salmon, I had to eat from other places.

My reservation was canceled by the palms hotel even though I had multiple confirmation emails leading up to my stay. I then received one email the day of check in as I was on my way to the hotel stating I had canceled my own reservation. I immediately called the hotel to explain and they stated my card was declined. When I stated I did not cancel and offered to pay over the phone they stated they were overbooked, even though I had received the email the day of check in at the exact time of check in and called within 5 mins of receiving the email. The hotel did nothing to help me and refered me to speak with hotels.com. After speaking with hotels.com they stated my reservation was still in place on their end and told me to call them back and they would have my room. After several attempts to secure a different room bouncing between the Palms and hotels.com, we were denied. The Palms continued to say they were overbooked and we did not have a reservation. Thus, I ended up paying more for a differnt room as I scrambled to find another room last minute. I ended up losing my reserved suite the day of check in and paid twice as much for a regular room. Horrible experience.

I stay here every time. Very clean. I you are looking for a home away from home and OFF THE STRIP this is a newly renovated option. Great for taking a breather from the strip noise. Ive probably stayed here 10 times.

We had a problem at check in. In regards to paying for the resort fees and taxes. We communicated to the worker that we were going to get our resort fees and additionally the resort fees of our sister in law that we also booked a hotel for. She said okay and communicated that with the hotel worker that was checking my sister in law in. He said “okay”. Come time to pay the worker helping my sister in law decides to not let us pay and demands payment from my sister in law. My sister in law complies and during the transaction I asked him what he’s doing? He acts like he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. The worker that was helping yelled at him saying “didn’t you just hear what I asked you to do?” They did not refund my sister in law or accommodate us for the communication error. Just shrugged and said “oh well”. Additionally we did not have hot water the first night and when we called we got nothing but attitude and disrespect they acted like we were inconvenienced by us and that it wasn’t a problem they had to care about.

Palms Place are nothing more than dilapidated privately owned condos aka overpriced airbnb; it IS NOT the Palms. They need to stop advertising themselves as a hotel and spa, which it's not. The actual Palms hotel and casino can be reached via a 2nd floor tunnel and escalator from this farce of a hotel. This place doesn't look like the pictures, which include the Palms as if it's part of the package.
The pics of Palm Place must've been taken decades ago. Brand new slippers with white soles were only worn in the the room for the 2 night stay. The floor was so filthy, the bottoms were black. Balcony was dead bolted and locked so there was no access. Shower drain and bathroom sink both clogged. No utensils, only a blender & tea kettle. Living room sofa set looked like it came from Goodwill. The towels and bath rugs were so old I thought they were car wash towels. The jets in the tub were so much more noticeably sunburst yellow than the tub that it did not look appealing in any way whatsoever to venture into. Palms Place needs a total renovation from the studs up or just be demolished for additional parking space. We could've stayed on the strip in much nicer accommodations for around the same price. Save yourself the cab or uber ride and stay on the strip or elsewhere. I would give it ZERO stars if it were possible.
On the one and only good note, the staff were nice and friendly.

I did like Daniel helped us check in early due to flight changes but due to using this app we got a room that could have definitely used TLC ( I was told depending who I booked through would depend on my quality of room) lesson learned . we had to ask 2 days in a row for towels, I ended up cleaning the room it just was gone over very quickly dirty counter tops,no bags in garbage cans the little things add up when you stay for 6 days it’s a lot of money and at check out the lady was less then kind even trying to have a general cont with her . I have to come back to Vegas in 6 months for another week not sure if consider here again 😏

This is a ok place if you want a studio or condo experience with some hotel amenities. If you want easy Access just stay at the Actual Palms Casino. The staff is ok, but were a tad unfriendly. for the price it was nice especially having a mini kitchen.
