The room was perfect for the one night stay! We drove from NY to our home in SC and after 9 1/2 hrs of driving, it was a pleasure to come to a clean and friendly place to stay. The whole experience was awesome!!

Room said it could sleep 7, which is why we booked it but there was no way 7 people could sleep comfortably in the bed sizes in the room with the sofa bed combination.
Also, lobby had been updated, beds were very comfortable, but rest of hotel needs updating and didn't feel particularly clean.

I’ve stayed several times. There’s been remodeling going on , which has never been problematic. In our most recent visit, we discovered in the morning that we’d been given a room with a non-functioning tub/shower. We were given another room to shower in, but the delay made us late for our morning appointment. It seems like someone would’ve noted the room was not in a rentable condition.

This is our 3rd time staying here. The staff is so friendly. At this time the hotel is under construction but still clean. I can’t wait to see what the renovations look like when completed. We will be back next year for the NASCAR race.

We chose this property, in large part, for the indoor pool. I received two messages from the property after booking. Someone else in my party checked in and found out the pool would not be available. It was far too late at that point for us to find another place to stay that had a working indoor pool. I sent a message to the hotel as soon as i was told about the issue with the pool. They never responded. I sent another message to the parent conpany, Hilton, and requested a response. No one ever got back to me. The room was not nearly nice enough to make up for the lack of promised ammenities and the poor communication from the staff cements that I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to others.

We did have a sink faucet in our room that was not installed, and even though we reported it, it was never repaired. Our room was very comfortable and clean and staff was very accommodating. After booking and paying for a studio room with two beds and a pull out sofa they put my family in a one bed room with a pull out sofa. I told them what I had booked and paid for almost five months ago and they said they didnt have anymore two bed rooms. I was given a single room for myself and the rest of my family stayed in the room with they first gave me. Even though I wasnt charged for the extra room they gave me I was never explained how a room booked and paid for months ago wasnt given to me.

I purchased a two queen room off hotels.com for my family of four. When I arrive I am told I have a one king room! After going round and round with the front desk they finally gave me a sofa pullout. Better than the floor but not by much. Very unhappy with hotels.com!!

Initial check in was good, however, upon returning from dinner we were told that we would not be able to stay the night as there was a water main break in the hotel, we were informed that there were no other hotel rooms available in the area, and the hotel check in person was unwilling to help us locate a place to spend the night. However , after spending 15 minutes on the phone I was able to secure two rooms within 5 miles of the original hotel. All of this is not what we expected after driving for 12 hours.

Less than clean but an average hotel. Needs massive updating. Staff was super nice and welcoming. Very limited parking. Wall paper was peeling.

There was no bedding on the sleeper sofa. I had to go downstairs to the desk and get some. But all they had were blankets.
Also, thr rooms were booked in my name but the hotel clerk gave my room to someone else in my party without checking for ID.
