While unplanned on our part, we ended up staying the weekend of the Harvest Festival. The lobby to Lodge was very crowded most all of the time with families. We didn't make use of it. The room was great. And the front desk and concierge services were excellent. We ended up eating at the two other restaurants away from the Lodge. The shuttle service to the restaurants worked out really well. The food and service were excellent - also very busy. The concierge made reservations for us. There were a lot of dogs on the property. We had a neighbor that left theirs who was barking for over an hour, past 10pm. When I called the front desk to let the know, they contacted the owners and it stopped within just a few minutes. We decided to play golf away from Suncadia, just too pricey for my level of golf play. We went for a nice walk/hike around the property which which beautiful. Overall, I'd definitely go back - but probably check first to see if there are any events.

We were excited to spend time at this resort but the unit that we had in Trailhead 1 was old and worn out. The carpet was ripped in places and the pins were sticking out
- stabbed my foot. We went for the weekend plus Sunday night but our cards stopped working on Sunday afternoon. We had to wait 30 minutes for them to bring us replacements! The dryer did not work to do the towels which we had to do as there were no pool towels for the hot tub. One master sink was blocked, the master toilet ran all night so we had to turn the valve off, and the door to the patio did not lock. We did not want to let engineering in while we were there nor wait for them so we reported it at checkout and they looked completely disinterested in the feedback. The elevator in the building broke on the Sunday and we had to use the stairs which was not fun when leaving on Monday. Again reported it and no response. I had emailed the property about archery and they never responded - I had to call 3 times instead. There is NO recycling on the property and there was garbage by the pool for the whole time we ere there. Not at all good value nor Hyatt standard. That said, we did enjoy an ebike ride that was reasonable price for rental but not when you paid the resort fee!

The hotel was underwhelming at best. The property was very dated. Two days in a row we got towels with holes in them.
There seemed to be absolutely no attention to detail. Our room had a sofa bed but in order to use it we had to move a large and heavy coffee table and there was no space in the room to place it. We ended up putting it in front of the door (so we had to move to open the door).
The person who checked us out was very nice and helpful, but otherwise I would describe service as apathetic at best!

Went to celebrate my son's wedding. The room was okay. For the price you would think it would have been nicer. The hot water didn't work in our room unless you turaned on ALL
the faucets and wait about a minute. Had to find that out the next day. Maintenance had to fix our shower handle cause it didn't work. When we asked at the desk the next morning if there was a trick to get hot water they said since the hotel was full you need to turn on all the faucets and then the hot water would kick in. Our room was not serviced. When we got back at night around 11 pm we had to call the desk for more towels and toilet paper. We were told then that we were supposed to tell them we wanted it serviced. They didn't tell us upon arrival and there were no signs or paperwork in the room to tell us this. The next day my husband told them we need service for that day. They said they were full up and really busy so I am thinking they were giving that as another excuse. For the price of the room we were really disappointed. In the future I think an AirBnB would be the best option. Also, the parking was very difficult. We arrived back after the wedding and had a hard time finding a parking space.

Overall our stay was nice, we had a lot of fun as a family. The pool facilities were ok, but the bathrooms were awful and dirty. Also, we called for towels in our room (no maid service during our stay) and the person who came to deliver the towels knocked once on the door and opened the door into our room. This was unacceptable.

Excellent sleep and rest, gorgeous view from patio, and fantastic customer service throughout our stay.
We enjoyed a lovely dinner at The Stovehouse - the steak with the brandy cream sauce was consumed completely and much happiness from doing so. Seasonal veggies were very flavorful as was Beet and Goat Cheese Salad.
Drinks at The Source bar in the Lodge were much enjoyed, including the Enchanted Lemonade and Mango Creamsicle and the cellar wines.

Room 4066 the bathroom sink was so clogged up that it took about 30 min for water to drain. Had to brush teeth using the tub.

This was our second visit to Suncadia Hotel, but our first time experiencing it during the summer. Our family had an amazing time at the pools, and our son was thrilled to try a BMX trail for the very first time. The Farm’s playground was also a big hit. We loved exploring the walking trails, dining at the restaurants, enjoying live music, making s’mores, and taking in the stunning hotel views. Overall, we can’t wait to return to this incredible hotel and soak in the mountain atmosphere, just an hour and a half away from Seattle.

The room was very nice. Had a couple issues in it, curtains would not close all the way. We were there for a wedding but yet got charged a $50 per night amenities fee in which we use none of the amenities.

A nice play to stay and good food. Enjoyed the facilities and peace and quiet.
Check in was at 4 and and room wasn't ready until 20 past 4. Pretty frustrating. Then got to the room and there was someone else's food left in the freezer!
Anyways overall good but check in not going well is certainly a way to start things off rough.

Lovely property - would recommend the Inn if traveling with spouse/significant other vs a family as it was much quieter there. Pool/amenities were great, and restaurants had good food options. Only complaint was that housekeeping did not clean our room during our two night stay as other reviewers mentioned, and we were unable to get a late checkout.

The resort has everything you would want to have with pools dining and other activities all easily accessible through well maintained walking paths.

We came for the pools and resort activities, pools are fun with a few water slides. Mina or maybe Nina checked us in and was very kind/helpful upon arrival. The room was toasty at 80 degrees when we arrived despite the 73* outside, maintenance came quickly and said the thermostat had been acting up but should cool. 74 degrees was the lowest the room got overnight, too warm for my liking. In addition we called up front at 5am to ask for additional towels, Mr on the phone said housekeeping would be up at 7am, fast forward 7:45 front desk gal clarifies there is no housekeeping until 9am we cannot get towels ahead of their arrival. Also no microwaves despite tea bags to steep, front desk said no other microwaves on property to use. Lots of construction around the property meant driving around cones and unfortunanely off road onto mounds as the caution cones were hit and dragged by other vehicles meandering the maze of detours. Oh well, the pool and grounds are nice but the property is dated and lacking in the cleaning department.

We love the Suncadia resort and community. However the Inn needs a refresh and some basic upkeep. The walls are scratched, dented and the wood finish on the furniture is worn. The bed was not very uncomfortable and moved a lot when the other person moved even a little. The footprint of the rooms and fireplace is great just time for renovation.
