Nice location but very small rooms. Spa was overgrowded so did not go in. Room had a full carpet so i dot recommend to people with allergies.

This hotel is convenient to the Gotanda station and many good restaurants nearby but my favorite feature about this area is the Meguro river that I run along for miles every morning. The spa on the 16th floor is a super perk to relax in the evenings or mornings too.

Always pleasant to relax at hotel lobby (15F) with watcging city veiw and to recharge from onsen at top floor (16F) after work. Last but not least, kind and gentle staff make me feel comfortable.^^

Love that this hotel is few blocks from the train statiom. 3 stops and you’re in Shibuya. The room is kinda tight but the long table in the room was nice. Didnt like the toilet.It was hard to flush and the bidet took too many press bec it can work. The lobby is located on the 15th floor. Got kinda lost wntering the building. There was a construction going on in the lobby. Only stayed a night but it was convenient.

Really good Hotel well located (few mins always from Gotonda station). We loved the design and size of the room is decent. Staff is nice and very helpful. Big plus for the Onsen in last floor!

It is conveniently located, just next to JR station. I wish the hotel can give out instruction the fastest way to arrive hotel by JR, it will save much of my efforts by walking with luggage under 34 degree hot day. We followed google map to the hotel and it took like over 10 min, while there is a faster way which only take 5 min.

Awesome hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The lobby had wonderful free water and coffee. However, they did not offer the skin care amenities that most hotels of this level do. That was a let down.

Safe with room key as elevator pass. Size is small but that’s city lifestyle. Nice that they provide a microwave on the top floor. The onsen is the best part of the hotel-relaxing.

Decent hotel in a great location - close to the Yamanote line subway station so access to Shibuya Shinjuku and Nihonbashi is easy. Room is on the small side but typical of Tokyo’s hotels. Wish there is a bit more amenities like a gym though.

This hotel where we spent two weeks was a perfect center of operations. It is conveniently located next to great shopping (the super market can become your restaurant and you can save if you want to breakfast and lunch in your room). The room was spacious and well equipped, great for a long term stay.

Arrived a little bit early and everyone working there was very accommodating and able to get us in a little early. Amazing view of city from main lobby and rooms are very efficient and clean. Super happy with stay and accomodations .

This hotel is comfortable and has an excellent location (3 minutes away from Gotanda Station) for people visiting places like Osaki, Shinagawa, and even Haneda Airport. Around the area, it's possible to find several options to have dinner.

The location next to Gotanda station was great, and so was the Onsen. The issue was the elevator was really slow and the carpet was pretty dirty in the hallway.
