We stayed here to visit the Seminole hard rock casino. The hotel and room were super clean and smelled amazing. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Shuttle service to the venue was fast and easy. And omg the free breakfast was amazing!!!!!

We arrived about 5pm. Desk person very friendly & accommodating. Room was spacious & comfortable w nice big tv. Place was well decorated for the holidays. The FREE transfer to the airport was very accommodating.

We stayed here for a concert at Hard Rock Hotel, and it was perfect. Spacious, clean, well equipped suite; friendly front desk staff, they will even call a shuttle to take you to the Hard Rock nearby. Perfect place to stay with your friends.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Our family were in Dt Lauderdale to celebrate mine and my husband’s 50th wedding anniversary. For 5 of us in the room, we only had two washcloths, 3 bath towels and asked for more, which they were very good about giving to us. Then we had put the only extra roll of toilet paper on the roller and that ran out this morning before we left. Everything else was good including the breakfast.

I flew in at Fort Myers airport but booked a room ahead at Fort Lauderdale, But thought it was booked at Fort Myers witch is my mistake. When put the address in Gps then realized what i had done All I asked was to be switch to Fort Myers on HOLD forever and even got disconnected 2 times I lost that room and ended up paying for another Never again book through here

Staff were to busy gossiping, to notice I was using a cane and put me so far from the elevator, also thier dress code was very ghetto for such a beautiful, clean upscale hotel

It was my first time staying in this hotel and I have to admit I feel like it’s a lot better than the Hard Rock Hotel. The room was big and all the options you had, cook food, big fridge, great bathroom and living room. I love it. The pool was nice to swim and just watch the sunset. The complimentary breakfast was off the charts, they had eggs, bacon, waffles, fruits, coffee, oatmeal, fruits, bakery, juices, soda and much more included. I’m definitely booking this hotel again and only 2 mins from the casinos!

This property by far surpassed any stay we've had! Yolanda the front desk clerk was PHENOMENAL and treated our family of 5 my mom(we stayed at the same hotel) like actual family and helped with literally ANYTHING we needed! The amenities made it feel like home and the staff accommodated us in every way! We will be staying here again!!

They first put us in the wrong room, moved us to another. I am hard of hearing which I informed them before and the tv had no CC, the lamps that have supposedly have the option to charge didn’t. Wasn’t asked whether we enjoyed our stay when we gave our keys in.

A clean, comfortable, family-friendly property with all the necessary amenities. Yolanda gave us a warm welcome and was helpful, friendly and quick at check- in and checkout. The staff in general was courteous, helpful, and warm. Having a kitchen, laundry facilities and a gym with funcional WIFI service was important to us. Thank you Staybridge. We will recommend you and return.

Stayed overnight to attend a concert locally. Have stayed here before. Very clean. Safe area/environment. Downfall for us was the cleaners they use for the rooms and hallways. Rooms smelled heavily if Fabuloso or similar heavy fragrance cleaner. Hallways smelled like old man Sandalwood cologne (maybe it wasn’t the hotel, but it was smelt the entire stay) we don’t recall the odors last time we stayed a few months back. Easy to get to, although no walking/close by food services.
