Great location for the Rewind festival but there were a couple of issues; we received an email detailing in numerous steps how to access our room out of hours. We returned at 920pm however, our key wasn’t where it was supposed to be. After refusing to drag ourselves and our luggage back to the Clubhouse in the dark (as requested), someone turned up with it.
Also, signage is negligible to the accommodation unless you’re facing to leave!
Breakfast in the morning was very tasty but we waited an absolute age to get our food. At that point there weren’t many people in the dining hall either so slightly worrying if you arrive when it’s busy!
In short, this property has great potential but some management direction is required.

We wanted a place near the National Trust, Grays House and the hotel is only a few minutes drive from there.
Only a few rooms but in an idyllic setting next to the golf course. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the service excellent.

What a great stay at Badgemore Park, the staff were exceptional, they were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. The breakfast was made with quality ingredients and cooked freshly to order. Would not hesitate to stay her again

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and scenic setting and surroundings. Nice bar area where breakfast is served overlooking part of the course, but it's not open in the evening. Short drive from Henley town centre and convenient for local area. The accommodation itself is ok but probably wouldn't stay again for the price, very little sound proofing so could clearly hear the office located downstairs if in the room before evening, plus every movement of guests entering the building and on the corridor etc, the bed was also unfortunately not that comfortable.

Restaurant closed due to winter hours, information only shared after booking. Room 2 has a separate bathroom across the hall not en-suite which was very inconvenient and not stated on the booking. Would not have booked if I would have known the above information. Breakfast and service in morning was excellent

Good setting quite close to the town, but not walkable due to lack of footpath along the road for the last part. Ample parking enabled use of taxi for our outing.

All the employees we met in The Coach House were extremely welcoming, friendly, efficient and helpful, especially Charlotte. Please pass on our thanks. Our room was comfortable, especially the bed, but improved soundproofing would be beneficial. The restaurant area and the surrounding grounds are very attractive.

All rooms should have en-suite facilities.
Not enough staff on reception/Ba.

The place is In beautiful surroundings. The B&B can do so much better. It was clean, except a Pubic hair in the bath tub, the tap in the room only gave a trickle of water. No closet or hangers in the room, which is ok if you stay 1 night. 6 o’clock in the morning they start I don’t know blowing the leaves on the golf course or cutting the grass, very noisy , so if you want a quiet stay , that’s not it. The place seems to be short staffed, one person doing the check in, serving drinks at the bar, taking food orders etc, b/ fast was absolutely not edible. The scrambled egg was not scrambled, looked like a wet cut up omelette, undercooked , took ages to arrive was quite disgusting and the salmon smelled bad and was not fresh. The sour dough bread was rock hard, could not cut it with the knife , so much so I was offered a steak knife which I declined as if the knife couldn’t cut it,there was no way my teeth would have . For £140 a night I would have expected at least a decent b/fast. All in all not a very positive stay. Would I stay there again? NO.

Waited 1 hr for breakfast, but never got it. We had a tour scheduled and had to leave without breakfast. All of the UK citizens were served, but they don’t seem to like Americans.

I chose this venue due to its proximity to the town centre, where I was due to give a presentation early the next day, and was travelling a long way. Late arrival information was clear, but one had to work out where to go to find the accommodation, and there were apparent options as I drove round. The key was in a wall safe as described.
I was in Room 2. I would not stay here again.
I knew the bathroom was adjacent and not ensuite - that was no problem. However the toilet seat was very loose - Housekeeping MUST have known this, and as a 78 year old woman travelling alone, the risk of accident was obviously there. In addition, the toilet did not fully clear, no matter what I tried with the flush.
There was only an overhead shower, which does not allow for decent washing, or the bath - again a risk when in my situation.
As a retired medic, I was acutely aware that there was no-one on site, and in a medical emergency, paramedics would not be able to gain entry.
It was a very isolating experience, reinforced by going to breakfast in the Clubhouse.
As I stepped over the threshhold, my heel caught a very well-concealed metal rainstrip, and I fell headlong into the bar area. Again there was no-one there, and no-one knew. Had I fractured something, or had hit my head, it appears I would have been there until another guest arrived for breakfast !!
Breakfast was okay, small portions, which was alright for me, but perhaps not for others.
All in all, I was very glad to escape!

Staying away for work, location was good for my next day's work in Henley-on-Thames. Room comfortable, not enough decaf drinks in room (requested in advance). Seperate bathroom was good. I was on 1st floor and on ground floor a number of other guests were having a party - noise lasted until about 11pm.
