Satisfactory accommodation. Satisfactory services albeit a lengthy time to check in.
Nothing spectacular. Surrounding area dreary.

Beautiful hotel near the Mekong river , breakfast buffet was very poor with food prepared hours before guests needed it ,very little protection over food on the buffet so all was dried up and going stale ,an option to have something freshly cooked was provided but was equally poor in quality ,good coffee and very friendly staff ,the hotel is adjacent to two very loud locally operated bars played excessively loud unpleasant music throughout the night

All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is superb. We would definitely go back and encourage you to stay if you’re ever in Vientiane.

It would be unfair to rate this hotel less than 5 stars. From the welcoming glass of wine to the extended complimentary check out the staff could not have been better.
Good location, excellent rooms, and superb food.
Only caveat the river view rooms are south facing so the balcony is hot during the day. Worth it though for the sunset over the Mekong.

This is a very luxurious hotel in Laos looking across the Mekong River to Thailand - I had no idea the two countries were so close here. The location is good - we were able to walk to most of the things we wanted to see in Vientiane. The food was quite good as well - the breakfast buffet was lovely - but the popularity of their rooftop bar and restaurant meant the service was amazingly slow during dinner because the servers seem to have to split time between the main floor restaurant and the rooftop restaurant. Our room was very large - as was the bathroom. And everything looked newly decorated. The concierge and staff were excellent, making this hotel a real value coming from the States. It was a true luxury experience. I would very much recommend this property to anyone coming to Vientiane and wanting a little luxury during their stay.

The team were all without exception extremely friendly and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Absolutely first class.
The room was spacious and clean and the view was superb. Some of the laminate finishes on the drawers etc seems low quality and already marked so I don’t think it’ll be long before it looks tired.
The location is fine but everything is a walk. No big deal but not always convenient.
The wine bar concept is good and reasonably priced.
The hotel was really quiet while I was there; I literally saw one other guest - so it lacked atmosphere.
Overall a really enjoyable stay in a well run hotel. A bit overpriced given there are no other facilities like a gym or pool.
I travel to Laos regularly and have tried many hotels. I’ll definitely put it into my top three hotels in Vientiane.
