This 95 square meter apartment is located on the first floor without a lift (there is a lift but we don't have the key) and is characterized by being quiet; for the height of the ceilings (over 3 meters); to be equipped with double glazing in all rooms and for the presence of the air conditioning system (in the living room, in the master bedroom and in the kitchen).
The apartment opens onto an entrance that leads to the living room which includes a sofa bed (190cm x 160cm), two armchairs, a TV area and a fireplace (use is strictly prohibited).
The living area leads on one side to the double bedroom which includes a desk and a large wardrobe with six doors and on the other side to the kitchen which includes an oven, a microwave oven, a wooden table for six people and a wooden bench.
The apartment includes a second bedroom furnished with a wardrobe and a single sofa bed and a bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
The flooring is in original parquet in the living room and in the two bedrooms and in ceramic in the other rooms.
The use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited. No pets allowed.
Due to works in the building that will begin in September 2024 and will end at the end of November 2024 the apartment is offered at discounted prices.
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Extra Cleaning, Final Cleaning for pets, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax.
