The home is brand new construction, first renters to arrive in May 2024, and fully professionally furnished and decorated per the listing inspiration pictures!

As you enter you will be greeted by a beautifully appointed Alys Beach-vibe, with quartz counters, high ceilings, and wide plank wood floors throughout. The first floor is a wonderful space for entertaining and gathering together, with a massive open concept floor plan and living space.
The fully fenced pool area has a chic vibe, making it feel like you're at an upscale resort lounging poolside!
This is the perfect location for enjoying the sun, sand and sea all day! Free off-street parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway and fully fenced yard.
This location is exceptional and is perfectly positioned a short distance to some of 30A's most treasured and prestigious destinations like Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, both of which are just 15 minutes away!

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
