About this apartment rental
Our modern 1 bedroom apartment in Lower Shotover is bound to impress with it's full functionality and views towards both the Remarkables and Coronet. We are set up with a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry to ensure a comfortable stay - long or short. An outdoor decking space with with views towards the mountains.
A rollaway bed can be provided to sleep a 3rd guest if required. Our fully functional bathroom is also equipped with a laundry space tucked away.
Our co-host, Simon, is happy to assist in a timely manner and Jordan lives nearby to assist in-person if required.
Lower Shotover is a small township based at the junction of the famous Kawarau and Shotover rivers, about 15-20 minutes from Central Queenstown (traffic dependant).
The entire space is your own and fully private.
Walk up the exterior steps to find the entry and enter into our open plan kitchen / living / dining space with access to an furnished outdoor deck area.
We are in a residential area, and so parking is typically available on the street without issue.
A regular bus service runs from Lower Shotover to Queenstown, with the bus stop a 10 minute walk away.
