No daily housekeeping, no room service. This is not a hotel, but is a privately owned place and the condo # 1706 is managed by Host PCB. Should you need anything at all during your stay or find that anything needs attention please let us know. Our standard business hours are 9 am - 6 pm CST, but we are always available after hours for emergencies.

A special note on parking passes and wristbands:
Resort Amenities and Parking are required and are an on-site fee of $102. You will receive an email a few days before arrival to register your information with the resort, you must pre-register in advance so the resort will be expecting you upon arrival. The fee will be paid to the resort in advance to make check-in go as smoothly as possible. Photo ID will be required upon check-in.

Parking is strictly enforced, this is nothing personal, but will help ensure all guests have a great time. Be sure your parking pass is displayed correctly. Be sure you are parked and lined up correctly in the parking space. No loud noises or parties will be tolerated (you will be evicted). The minimum age to book is 25. No pets and no smoking.
