About this apartment rental

Welcome to my urban sanctuary, a modern yet cozy retreat full of original art, lush plants, and a curated collection of books. This bright and sunny Southeast-facing two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers stunning water views of the Coronado Bridge, where you can enjoy the tranquil sight of sailboats passing beneath. Perfect for couples who love to entertain and host overnight guests, the home features a master suite and a second bedroom that doubles as a professional office. The office includes a large desk that seamlessly transforms into a luxurious queen-size Murphy bed, equipped with a Tempur-Pedic mattress for a restful night’s sleep, while serving as a productive workspace during the day.

The living room has an open floor plan with a dining table that seats six with a water view. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create memorable meals. The condo is finished with rich wood floors, original art and high-end designer touches, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The crowning jewel of the home is the spacious patio, which features a comfortable sofa perfect for two to snuggle up or entertain guests while dining outdoors. The condo also comes with a parking space that easily accommodates a large SUV, and if you need transportation, my Acura MDX is available for rent. This home is a true urban oasis, blending modern comforts with a serene, retreat-like ambiance.

The condo is in the Marina District of downtown San Diego, a safe and peaceful neighborhood where I feel comfortable walking around at any time, even as a single woman. This location offers the best of both worlds—calm waterfront living across from the Convention Center and yacht-lined marinas, while being just 10 minutes from the airport, 1 mile from Little Italy, and half a mile from the lively Gaslamp Quarter.

CityFront Terrace my building is one of Downtown San Diego's premier luxury communities. Known for its high-end service and amenities, the building offers valet parking, 24-hour security, a large gym, sauna, multiple pools, and fantastic spaces for entertaining. Just steps from the waterfront and Seaport Village, this elegant community is perfectly positioned for anyone looking to enjoy the best of San Diego in a safe, upscale environment.
