Upon your arrival, you'll step into a generously proportioned space tastefully adorned, thoughtfully segmented into a snug living area, an inviting dining nook, and a well-appointed kitchen replete with a sleek granite bar and four comfy stools. The dining area beckons with a sturdy wooden table accommodating four, affording you a delightful lake view while you dine.

This townhouse boasts three bedrooms, with the opulent master suite nestled on the top floor. This lavish retreat features a king-sized bed, a luxurious jacuzzi bathtub, and a private balcony that extends stunning views over the lake. The master suite also offers an en-suite bathroom complete with a sink, toilet, and shower. On the ground floor, you'll find two generously proportioned bedrooms, one adorned with a queen bed and the other thoughtfully designed with 2 twin beds in a trundle style configuration. An additional full bathroom with a convenient washer and dryer is conveniently located on this level.

Guest access
The Birch 3 Townhome is located on the Ampersand Bay Resort property. From the parking area, your cabin is accessible by walking up the entryway sidewalk which will take you to the main door of the townhome labeled #3. Guest's have full access to the private beach, canoes and kayaks and hiking paths on property.

Let us know if you are bringing a dog, there will be an additional $25 per day per pet charge. Max 2 dogs. This can be paid through a request through Airbnb.
