Parking – There is no official parking with the house but there is sometimes free parking, FOR A SMALL VEHICLE ONLY, just outside the house on a first come first serve basis

The nearest bus stop is – Located nearby on Reading Road

Please note if you have booked directly, 50% of your payment will be taken by card automatically when you make your booking online, the remaining 50% will be collected automatically, 5 days before your check in date.

We supply an initial supply of guest consumables only
We provide a mid-stay clean and linen change free of charge for stays longer than 2 weeks
Stays during Henley Regatta are sadly non refundable
Please note, a refundable cautionary damage deposit will need to be paid before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.
