Gorse Cottage is a serene seaside getaway, blending convenience, comfort, and modern style just a 15-minute stroll from charming Mundesley village. This inviting holiday let features plenty of space to relax, with a cosy wood burner for chilly evenings and a spacious garden for sunny days. Inside, you'll find a bright lounge and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, two snug bedrooms with fresh linens, and a shower room. Plus, there's parking for two cars!
The Space:
Gorse Cottage is a single-level property featuring a king-sized bedroom, a twin room, a spacious kitchen, a shower room, and an open lounge and dining area. The lounge leads to an outdoor decking area with seating, ideal for alfresco dining.
The lounge area is perfect for relaxing with two sofas, a smart TV, books, board games, a Bluetooth speaker, and Wi-Fi. The dining area includes a picnic-style table with plenty of seating.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, and handy small appliances like a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and slow cooker.
The king bedroom offers ample space and a chest of drawers, while the twin room includes a large wardrobe.
The shower room features a large corner shower, sink with storage, a heated towel rail, and a separate toilet.
Outside, you'll find a large deck with patio furniture and a fenced garden, ideal for kids to play or dogs to roam.

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at the property.
Please note, there is a small pond in the back garden so children must be supervised at all times when in the outside space.
