Confortable and private.

The room confortable and private. The family made sure I had everything I needed and more. I was able to work with no issues from there.

Some humidity smell in the room by the no-vent attached bathroom but it goes away when you turn the fan on. The kitchen has no fridge.

They charged us for 2 nights but stayed only 1 night, and they allowed guest to smoke in a room

Nothing special, because we stayed only one nights, but staff charged us for 2 nights !! but they said, soon next guest booked so we must leave soon just now! So I quickly packed and was going to pay, then they charged for 2 nights, they said on that moment (around 14 o'lock) is late for check out time, but the previous night, I asked to the staff if we can stay one more night, then he said Yes, don't worry about check-out time, so I hoped to stay but suddenly they were very angry and make us hurry-up to leave, and at last they threaten us to pay for 2 nights, neighbor people also came and shouted for us. If I pay for 2 nights, we can stay for 2 nights but they were really angry and shouted, I also asked about this case to booking.com but no answer yet. I have bill.

Their rooms are no-smoking inside, they said, but actually, on that moment, Russian couple were staying and they were smoking inside the room, once they changed to another room, and we stayed the room that they stayed before, so inside has smell of cigarette, so we can't stay (we have allergy) I asked to owner, so he said, they have regulation that in a room smoking is prohibited but if the guest is smoking, they can't say no,,, oh, so what's happen on other guests who can't stay with smoking room? Actually they can't keep the regulation that they are showing at overview, so please be carefully, if you don't like smoking, they can't stop Russian and European people even if they don't keep the regulation!

best budget choice

Great location, nice family. we wanted to stay only one night but we liked it so much that we stayed 3 nights.

- wifi didn’t work well - they wanted to charge us for toilet paper, when we needed a new one, but in the end we didn’t pay for it

Budget friendly place

Place was super budget friendly.

Room was little unclean and had a bad smell. Chilling place/bar/store they used to have upstairs was in renovation. Place was around 4km away from the city center.

A promising start but lots of room for improvement

Location is easy to find and close to the beach. The common sitting area is cosy.

The main road is very close so it's quite noisy all the time. Somebody was burning garbage in the yard next to our room so the smell of burning plastic filled our room in the second evening and we left the next day before completing our 3-night booking. When we wanted to check out there was nobody who would speak good English and who would know how much we had to pay so we had to calculate the price ourselves based on the information in our booking.
