Loved the spa and heated pool The room was lovely and spacious, loved that it had a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The ground were beautiful.

Not really a resort, just an apartment with a pool. So no resort facilities. Kids couldn't play mini golf as it was full of sticks and stones so they were disappointed. Great if you want just an apartment, but if you are wanting a resort this was not a resort, no food, no serviced apartments, etc.

Location was great. Close to shops etc. Easy drive to areas I needed to go to. Accommodation was great and great value.

It was way to noisy with traffic being on a main road. Traffic is non stop all night. This was with having windows and doors closed.

Weekend in Southport, GC

Lovely 1 bedroom on first floor, very clean and comfortable, great size kitchen and cooking facilities, great location and sitting area outside with view.

Close to everything

The lounge was broken on one end and sagging, so we could not use it as we were worried it would break more. Meaning some of us had to either sit on the floor or use a dining chair to watch tv.

Overall had a very pleasant experience at this property.

Very clean apartment with good facilities. There is also a parking space if you have a car. Location good near a bus route to Helensvale ( where you can catch a bus to the theme parks and the G Link train route) and across the road there is a bus route to Seaworld and Main Beach. Broadwater Parklands has great facilities for kids and for those that like to BBQ and picnic. The esplanade leads to Main Beach and then various stops such as Surfers Paradise, Cavill Avenue etc. Great if you like to walk and keep fit. Southport tram station is around 10 minutes walk away.

Just a small gripe but the people above me decided to use their spa bath at 4.00am and 2.30am on two separate mornings (!) and it was quite noisy, which didn’t provide a great nights sleep.

Essentially good value for money the room was a good size with amenities you would expect in an apartment. Good parking situation to secure your vehicle.

Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable with poor quality mattress and the air-conditioner in our room leaked water on the inside. Which required us to have a bucket and towels on the floor. It wasn't usable and due to location and smokers on other balconies we couldn't open the doors/windows which made it stuffy without it.

the bath plumbing was struggling and the. why would fill each time we showered. upstairs had a pipe burst too which led to a leak in our roof but the manager dealt with it immediately and followed up after. these things happen.

NEVER AGAIN! AVOID THIS PLACE!!

bedroom was comfortable

the smell of weed daily, numerous complaints. ongoing problem but we were allowed to check in with this problem? stayed for 11 nights, no towel or linen change. traffic noisy and the light woke us up every morning, despite complaint about the blinds not fitted properly. to pull into this property or pull out you were dicing with death, horrendous traffic.

Bad road noise Horrid mould in the air-conditioning Horrid mould in the exhaust fans Both showers require new shower heads. Old kettle. Needs to be replaced. No second set of keys for the unit The floor waste in the bathrooms stinking Old bedding coverlet on main bed Some lights had no light bulbs that were working like the second bedroom main light.

A nice stay if your looking for a quick overnight stop over. Was in a good location to everything we needed and not a far walk to everything

Our rooms air conditioning was not working/clean and had to open the doors for air. The room was stuffy and a little underwhelming.
