Great location, good value for money.
The location & view was amazing, it was so nice to soak up the winter sun on the balcony while looking over the lagoon and watching the pelicans fly past. Very handy to restaurants, many within walking distance and close to shopping centres/outlets too. No noise from neighbouring units (although noise from the street was quite audible from the bedroom). The secure underground carpark was great. We really appreciated the property manager's helpfulness in sorting out our plumbing issues and even washing and folding our clothes - thank you so much!
The water temperature was only just above lukewarm, the shower pressure wasn't very strong and the washing machine was clogged (although management were very quick to fix these issues once we informed them). It was a bit chilly at night, even with the blankets provided (no heater or electric blankets). There were lots of little ant things crawling on the kitchen benches. This particular apartment had a variety of Buddhist idols as decoration inside the apartment, which we personally didn't really like. There was a lack of amenities - just one little bar of hand soap in each bathroom. No body wash/shampoo or hand soap in the kitchen.

Everything about the property was very comfortable, clean & nice
The only bad thing was the water flow from the shower was very poor…taking much longer to even have a quick shower..

It was a fantastic short break in an well equipped and comfortable apartment
Lots of space. Very quiet. Close to beach. Great views. Kitchen appliances, crockery and cutlery well stocked.
Games room was a bit tired with some items missing but most hotels no longer have these so it was more a nice to have than must have

position & outlook no restaurant but walking distance to all facilities. apartments are large & comfortable. second time we have been to Beaconlea & would recommend it

Lovely spacios apartment with spectacular views from all windows and a lovely balcony with great views..
The position of property and views were spectacular. The area was really nice .
Liked most things. The bed and couch were very low and hard to get up if you are an older person ..
