All in all this place is practical affordable and in a perfect location would recommend too anyone .

Clean tidy apartment value for money at right time of year. Perfect location easily found and accessible, central location close too most attractions.

Garbage collection system needs some attention. Shute too small for most bags of litter and odours through access hall.

It was a complete apartment with basic necessities such as a kitchen appliances and laundry. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was suitable for a large family of eight.

The bathroom was separated where the toilet was in small room with little to no space to close the door, it faced directly into the main bedroom. The sink in the first bathroom was blocked which I found really gross. The floors were cleaned quite well as compared to the other amenities such as the beds had stains and strands of hair. The carpets were stained and too were covered in hair. They only offer house cleaning services every 7 days. Stove only worked once didn't work after that. utensils were dirty and had to be washed before use. internet was really really slow only got 25mbs. and technology was very outdated ie.(TV and ac units).

Almost Perfect

- everything was clean, neat, and comfortable - Ganny the receptionist was also very friendly and helpful

- the dryer can be unreliable at times (not hot enough to dry, stopping mid-spin, etc) - rubbish bags and toilet papers are not replenished as regularly as we'd hoped

Nice spacious two bedroom light and airy apartment with a lovely view.

As it’s on a main road there is a lot of traffic noise when on the balcony.

Excellent property Close to everything in walking distance

The central location to where I needed to go to. The fact it was walking distance to shops & eateries. The scenic view & the size of the apartment was great.

It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed.

It was dated, some things in the apartment did not work (bathroom light, remote control for TV) , in need of some fresh paint.

Exceptional

For the very reasonable rate this apartment was excellent value for money. It wasn't uber modern but it was extremely clean, tidy, comfortable and had all the amenities required for a family stay. So close to everything. The onsite managers were lovely and super helpful.

NOT the room that was in the photos when we booked .Photos looked great with the large belconey.

The location was good. The views out over the water excellent.

The noise in the bed room from the ventilation was shocking. Had to wear ear plugs to bed. Tiles coming off the skirting. Chipped and cracked tiles in the floor. The couch was so dirty, had to clean it. The white cloth was black when finished cleaning. The pots and pan must have come from a rubbish dump. Rusty with no teflon coating left on them. The large floor mat was old and dirty .IT was a trip hazard.

awful they need to lift their game

staff are so incredibly rude! there’s never anyone at the desk or they never answer the phone. poor families out the front waiting to check in for over an hour. This happened everyday. I feel for other guests if they don’t step up their game. they are renovating and everything is half finished. I wouldn’t recommend unless they change their attitude. when I had checkin I called the after hours team who told me it’s after hours I’d have to wait until tomorrow, he was so rude.

location is good

no one at reception at all . we run out toilet paper and my son went three times to the reception, but no one at all . cleaner did once tidy up for our room , but didn’t left any toilet paper. so at the end we went to supermarket to purchase our toilet paper … the master room sliding door couldn’t be open, and no one to repair it at all.

Great location & great views. Lovely accommodation

super friendly & helpful managers. Lovely clean apartment with great views over the Broadwater & parklands. Easy 10 minute walk to the main shopping centre & Chinatown.
