Exceptional

Nice family place. the owners are kind. sensational location. close to the sea and a beautiful beach. On site, you can eat delicious food and spend time by and in the pool. Great air conditioning. we will come back here. Family 2+1

Very nice accomodation

-Very nice big room, with all you need it -Cleaned every day -Pool view -Maximum 10 minutes to the beach -The city center was also close (1.2 km), but far enough for quiet sleep.

The rooms are not soundproof, but we were lucky to have quiet neighbours. The spring matress was not the best.

Super nice and clean apartment, beach and bus to Rhodos city and other places only 5 min away. Very nice staff

Everything was great, only I did not have sea view from 1st floor due to the high trees.

Great new apartments at quiet outskirts of Faliraki and close to the beach.

Me and my wife decided to stay away from noisy center of Faliraku but still in walking distance from it and close to the beach. Maroula Studios met both our conditions and many more. Nice and clean new room, with functional AC, flat TV, fridge, breakfast set and safe. Enough storage space and comfortable bed. Bathroom is also new and both are being cleaned daily. We got room with a balcony facing the see and it was lovely. Both balocny sliding door and bathroom window are equipped with mosquitoes nets, which are very usefull. And last but not least, the owner and his parents who run the place are kind people, who have no problem to help. Thanks again for letting us inflate our duck!

The place had no major minuses. I don´t recall any mistreatment or dissatisfaction. Some people may not like a rule that you can not bring your own food and beverages to the pool.

Best customer service I’ve had in any country. Food was good, saturday greek night was amazing and the location was perfect. Felt like you visited your long distance family. Nothing bad to say.

Family stay at Maroula

Great location (it is NOT in the busy center) perfect for our daytrips. Staff extremly nice and helpful. The cook is amazing! Highly recommended, perfect value for money. And there is a lovely black cat :)

perfect hotel in Faliraki

It was perfect 1. 3rd floor, view for swimming pool (with only few persons), personal balcony with two chairs and table. 2. Great location: quiet and peaceful 20 minutes to center Faliraki with night clubs ≈ 5 minutes to sea 3. There are: aircondition, cups and plates, teapot, fridge and little freezer, TV, hairdryer, 4 towels, big mirror in the room. 4. Great tasty greak food in cafe in the hotel (made by owners mom). 5. Owner have helped us to book taxi and to rent a car. 6. No russian turists 7. There was ability to stay in the room til the evening in our room for additional payment (until our flight). + we printed our tickets (for flight back) in the hotel 👍 Really thankful for this vacation in Maroula.

As for me it was a little hard/firm bad But it was 1,60m, so it was comfortable to sleep.

It was very clean, including sheets and beds. Room was not so big but well designed. They even think of filling the gap between after coupling 2 separate beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Kindly, friendly owner, comfortable, clean room, delicious foods. The garden is nice, the pool is very good. This is a quiet place but a short walk to the center of the city.

For my child it was excellent & unforgettable summer holiday.

Perfect location. Nice view from the balcony. From the balcony could see the sea :) Sea was 5 min. walking from the hotel. Not so far from hotel many different kind of restaurants & taverns. Nice and tasty food. In restaurants very friendly waiters. The owners of the hotel are very friendly people.

A great place to stay!

I enjoyed very much my staying in Maroula Studios, the room was very large and comfortable, with natural light, balcony and very quiet. I had a room with sea view, which was just perfect. It is hold by their owners, a lovely family. Very welcoming and friendly. They also have a restaurant with home made food, delicious greek food! They have a very good price and It is just a few blocks away from the sea.

Very uncomfortable beds in the room of 3 beds

The best thing was the friendly staff (the reason why I don't give them a lower rate) and the location. It's near a nice part of the beach, to a kiosk that sells drinks and some snacks, and to a couple of restaurants. Breakfast was different every morning (not a lot different, and not many hot food) but still due to covid and for the price was fine. But there are no options to choose. You can only choose between coffee or tea. There is just one breakfast for all: sandwich, cake, bread, yogurt, and egg. Depending on the day, you have different flavours, or no egg, or no yogurt and something different instead. I really hope that they make changes in the rooms (specially beds and fridge), because it really makes a difference on someone's holidays.

They put us in a room of 3 beds and 2 of them were so so so UNCOMFORTABLE that I had back pain from day 1. I could only sleep in one of the beds. The other two were bumpy with the springs digging into your back. I've travelled a lot and slept in hostels for £10/night, but this beds were something like I've never seen before. The fridge was a freezer and all the food that we put inside became frozen. So it was quite disappointing because we had to throw away all the food that we bought. There were ants. Only a lot if you buy food and they are only were the food is in the cupboard. We bought bread, left it in a closed bad and next day was full of ants. So the kitchen was not very usefull. Also it did not include anything for cleaning the dishes. Not even a scourer or dish soap. It was quite windy at night some days and you could hear the noise of the glass doors to the balcony banging a bit. I am afraid that between the uncomfortable beds and the noise I did not have a very relaxing stay.

Good size room. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Very clean. Plenty of hot water. Late check-out if needed. Good aircon.
