Okay.

Confortable bed and spacious bedroom.

The lobby person was never there!! I’d never been to a hotel/hostel were the lobby was always empty. Really weird.

The thing that i liked more was the location because its in the center so it is very close to enerything.

I didnt like so much the thing that they didnt have locker for the stuff because when we did the check out we wanted to keep our things in the hostal for 2-3 hours but we couldnt because the woman that worked there tild us that she is not all day in the hostal.Also when we arrived in the hostel we were waiting for 15 minutes because the stuff wasnt there...

Basic - No Frills

Located near the center of the old city. Daily room cleaning service available.

This place is no hotel. Expect no hotel facilities or services. The owner will show up to collect payment and provide building access at a pre-arranged time. If you don't arrive at agreed time, you must contact owner by phone and wait out on the street until owner is available and ready to let you in. Owner is not located within premises and appears sporadically during office hours. Very low capacity water heater and air conditioning unit. Prices are comparable to more conventional lodging offerings available in the area.

Not great but perfectly fine for this solo traveler.

location was perfect on a quiet side street and close to major sites. Basic but comfortable. Parked my motorcycle right outside the door and no problems.

You had to keep multiple keys with you to access the doors after 8:00 and in the morning.

Could be noisy late at night and early in the morning. Quality of towels and bed pillows couls be improved.

The location is great. It is not like a hotel where someone is permanently at the reception. You are met after a phone call and given the keys, then you come and go as you please.

Really bad quality-price relation

The only good thing was the location.

The worst place we have been to in years. Let’s start with the price: 100€ for a double room one night. Extremely cold room, the heating was hot air conditioner. The shower didn’t have enough pressure, and it was really hard to turn on. It was like a string of water. They didn’t allow us to leave the luggage there for a few hours when we left. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Location is good. Very central and within walking distance to many wonderful attractions. Clean and secure.

Terrible communication. You CANNOT drive close to the property and parking is a nightmare. There are a couple pay car parks nearby, and if only someone would warn you and give you the name of which one you should navigate to FIRST, before setting your GPS to the property, you will save at least an hour of intense stress and aggravation. I understand if the hotel wants to cater to a more local clientele, but if it chooses to use a booking site like this one, and draw in international visitors, please communicate that your staff only speaks Spanish and will be therefore unable to help you when you call, totally lost, and stuck on a tiny, narrow street. What an experience. My husband lived in Germany for three years and never had a driving experience like this. BOTTOM LINE - TRAVELERS - Find out exactly what car park you are going to use BEFORE entering town and go straight there. Make sure you have a small case with your essentials and leave the rest in your car and walk from there. HOTEL - Update the site and address the parking situation- give the names/addresses of car parks and advise that no one will be available to communicate in any language other than Spanish.

Good location, but no breakfast, the room equipment was not as the one advertised....

Location and property are the main (and only) positive things about this hostel.

The room had a private bathroom with a bathtub. However, the bathtub was of a size of a shower (not possible to be used as such even only by one person). I received the information that the 'breakfast was served in the room'. There was no breakfast at all (although I though it was included in the price)! No conciergerie, no explanation, no communication in English...
