Pleasant Surprise!

We came in early evening and it was so helpful to have 2 restaurants to choose from for dinner. The meal was chef prepared and excellent!! The next morning Starbucks is there near the entrance and we got our coffee and we were off for the day!!

I truly can't think of anything. We had a river view and a large comfortable room. Beds were comfortable too.

Belle installation et le personnel très professionnel

Les installations sont très beaux et les chambres vues sur le fleuve très bien

Le climatisateur est assez bruyant pour nous réveiller en pleine nuit quand il part à nouveau Il y aurait suffisamment de place pour mettre deux fauteuils au lieu d’un .. surtout quand on y passe quelques jours

Very pleasant

The food was excellent as was the staff.

I requested non feather pillows and duvet and my bedding was still feathered- last time we stayed they had met my request so unsure why they didn’t this time.

Bien mise à part le bruit de la climatisation

Les chambres sont propres. L’accès au restaurant qui est excellent et starbuck est apprécié.

La climatisation a fait un brut infernal toute la nuit. Je l’ai souligné à la réception mais je doute quelque chose a été fait. Le tapis dans les chambres devrait être retiré.

The food was good, staff excellent. Move Starbucks - too congested. Annoyed about price change.

The bed was the most comfortable one during out 2 week stay in Nova Scotia. Restaurant server was extremely pleasant and tried her best to speak English.

I am confused about the room price. I called hotel to see if we could change date to one day earlier and your hotel said yes, they had rooms. I then called Booking .com to tell them to change the date, they had rooms. Booking called back to say no, they did not, but I told them that they did. then booking called back and said she did get me a room and it would be $289 including tax. checking out I was charged $300. Not a big deal, but annoying on so many levels. Also, you have obviously spent a lot of money on the bathrooms, yet ours had 3 cracks in the sink. The hand mirror in our room looked extremely sharp around the edges and dangerous. Why not have on extendable one on the wall where kids aren't likely to grab. Also, not a fan of dining room on second floor. Confusing. Starbucks right beside elevators was crammed. People, kids and trolleys all waiting in tight area by Starbucks with parents and kids running around was not a good layout. You also needed more trolley's!!!

Needs to do better in the way it looks after its guests.

Spacious room with a lovely view. Comfy bed.

Shower was useless and the staff must have known about it so why check guests into a room with a known problem?!

Very pleasant.

Excellent and attentive service

I wish the restaurant was open until 10:00. We arrived at 9:15 after a long day and could not get anything to eat at the hotel.

it has many options like an exercise room, indoor swimming pool, etc

Breakfast was included but you had to pay extra if you wanted bacon or ham or whatever. it makes no sense to have eggs toast bagels pancakes cereal coffee juice etc and then tell me I need to buy the bacon.

beautiful hotel.. if you can.. go the eat outside the restaurant near the hotel

the hotel is at nice place with a very beautiful view

the room was with wood floor so there was a lot of nice when you walk on it the restaurant next to the hotel wasn't so nice as we booked from the hotel and got a table near the window ..whene we arrive with the reservation to the restaurant ...we got a lot of excuses why it is not available
