Très satisfait de mon séjour

Le lit était très confortable. La chambre était propre et tout fonctionnait bien. Le café Nespresso est excellent ! Le SPA est très agréable.

Le climatiseur est très bruyant. Personne ne vient changer les serviettes, remettre du café et remettre du papier de toilette. On doit aller à la réception ou trouver un employer dans les corridors. C'est comme ça dans beaucoup d'hôtels. Si vous allez au SPA, apportez votre propre cadena pour éviter des vols dans les casiers.

On a adoré la gentillesse du personnel et notre visite à la piscine! C’est à refaire!

La piscine exceptionnelle! Chambre propre et lits confortables!

Notre serrure de la porte patio de la chambre 130 faisait défaut! On a eu le réparateur mais toujours difficile à ouvrir de l’extérieur!

Très beau séjour en famille

La propreté de la chambre, l’air climatisé, le confort du lit, la piscine, le micro-onde et frigo dans la chambre, l’emplacement

Première marche dans la piscine, le spa et pataugeoire très glissante, très dangereuse pour de jeunes enfants ma fille de 2 ans et demi a glissé et aurait pu se cogner la tête sur la bord de la pataugeoire. Très petite ascenseur alors attente pour accéder aux étages.

A very nice hotel just off the Trans Canada.

A nicely appointed room, great for visiting the region or staying while passing through. The restaurant has a nice variety of foods on the menu. A quick walk if you wish to buy something to have later in your room.

The bar could stay open later.

Joli, propre mais décevant au niveau du service , sauveteuse piscine

La chambre était joli , confortable , le café était bon

L’accueil était correct , nous avons été à la piscine , la surveillante était sur son cellulaire , sur FaceTime , et mangeait un sandwich , aucune surveillance alors que plusieurs enfants étaient dans la piscine. La piscine était correct , propreté correcte. Nous avions une chambre avec balcon sur piscine , nous nous attendions à ce que se soit bruyant. Par contre, il y a une limite que nous pouvions toléré, jusqu’à 22:00 , , ça hurlait littéralement .. c’était impossible pour les enfants de dormir , la sauveteuse n’intervenait pas .. nous avons appeler poliment à la réception, et il savait déjà que c’était un problème , nous n’étions pas les seuls à avoir manifesté notre désir de faire diminuer un peu le bruit …Nous avons eu un parc pour bébé , il ne fonctionnait pas , j’ai demander à la réception si quelqu’un pouvait venir nous l’installer et on m’a répondu non , que il était trop dans le jus … ils nous ont livré un second parc à notre porte … bref , j’ai été déçu , pour un centre des congrès, je m’attendais à plus du service et de qualité , j’ai été déçu du manque de professionnalisme de la sauveteuse à la piscine. Je ne compte pas y retourner…

Will definitely go back. Excellent stay for a family of five.

The staff was all about client satisfaction. I travelled with 3 children and we asked for many things during our two days stay. I was overwhelmingly satisfied with how the staff helped us without any hesitation.

I saw that the prices went down (approx. 30$ a night) for the same room a few days before my stay. Room with a balcony on pool side can be noisy until the pool closes at 10. Depending on the activity in the pool of course. The waterslide was broken at the time we used the swimming pool.

En général bien, restaurant matin et soir étais excellent !

Mal insonorisé, ont entend parler dans le corridor tout le monde et même le voisin de chambre. À la piscine il fais froid et l’eau n’est pas très bien chauffer ce qui ne donne pas le goût dit aller.

Désagréables!

Propre, piscine , salle pour accueillir des groupe

Le personnel a accusé des adolescents d’avoir briser un ascenseur du au poids maximale quand même un agent de sécurité les as laisser toute rentrer dans l’ascenseur . Le gérant a appelé le responsable du groupe de hockey et lui a mentionné qu’il devra payer les dommages! On s’es fait accuser à tort!! Plu jamais on va retourner a cette hôtel pour des tournois ni même pour plaisir personnel!

We won’t ever be back

We didn’t have breakfast

We stayed in room 345 in a king size bed that was beyond uncomfortable. There were only two pillows that were old and flat, the stuffing was all disconnected and it was the most uncomfortable hotel experience we’ve ever had. Very disappointed for $256

Very comfortable and a great value. Would definately stay again.

lighting was excellent. beds were very comfortable. shower/soap dispensers were a great idea. appreciated the extra comfortable chairs. the room coffee maker complete with a real milk product was even an extra special perk.

Just a suggestion... a night light in the bathroom!

Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the hotel was close to everything

Only thing I didn't like a ton was the lifeguards were friendly but overly strict. Acted more like the parent then a lifeguard.

Superb

Spa Nordic was a nice addition. Very comfortable beds, room. Very friendly check in staff and pool staff.

Pool nice a bit cool. More breakfast choices would also be nice.
