Pleasant

Bed was comfortable. We had a dead light bulb and it was replaced quickly when we reported it. We were also given a list of the tv channels available. It was easy to walk to the supermarket. We were able to park outside our unit. The lady in the breakfast room worked non stop and was pleasant and friendly; people like her are an asset to an organisation.

The towels were thin. The breakfast room was in a V shape and there was a big traffic jam around the toasters. We would have liked to stay an extra day but couldn't as they were booked out.

Room was clean...very comfortable bed. Plenty of choice for breakfast in spite of the pandemic

When we arrived a man was having a very loud argument on speaker phone in front of the reception desk...very inappropriate...I had serious doubts but we persevered and had a very enjoyable stay

It is always pleasant when greated with a smile and friendly personality from the reception staff. My wife and I had a very nice stay in this property. There is a fuel station ⛽️ right next door, and shopping 🛍 within a 2 minute walk for any necessary items.

The stay was ideal and if I can’t get a ground floor room next time I will go to another motel

Everything was fine as I had stayed at comfort inn many times. It was always as I remember

I didn’t like the fact that they had told me I could have a room on the main floor with a patio door , when I got there to check in they could not give me a room on ground floor that I was looking forward to Also the staff on duty seemed like just a bunch of teenagers and I don’t feel they tried hard enough to get me a ground floor room

Some 4-star hotels have nothing on the Comfort Inn!

The Inn really had everything one needs for a comfortable stay: mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, ironing board. The property has central location - it’s close to Huntsville town centre as well as to the highway.

We loved everything! the one thing is unfortunately, our coffee machine in the room wasn’t working.

I rarely gave 10 out of 10 but this Comfort Inn deserves a full 10. It exceeded our expectations. This place is quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff are all attentive, accommodating and diligent. The breakfast was generously supplied.
