Angenehmes Hotel mit grossen Zimmern

Sehr freundliches Personal Sehr sauberes Hotel Mit angenehm grosse Zimmern. Bequeme Betten Feines frisch zubereitetes Frühstück Auch abends sehr feine Menüs (sehr zu empfehlen) Lage nicht so weit weg vom Flughafen (ca. 20 min) Es hat ein kleines Hallenbad In der Nähe hat es ein grosses Einkaufszentrum (sehr schön und praktisch)

Fabuleuse j’aimerais retourner bientôt 🥰

J’ai tout aimé les personnels était gentil,et souriant sur la Dame qui a travaillé dimanche vers 16h elle était vraiment gentille

Il l’ont oublier d’ajouter du café et sucre mais après tout était correct.

Comfortable et agréable avec quelques petits défauts mais rien de majeur, très bel hôtel.

Le lit est super confortable, j’adore qu’il y ai un petit dépanneur à l’accueil, personnelle accueillant et gentil, nourriture bonne, le bar est charmant, la douche très grande, salle de bain propre, la place est très jolie et le gym est propre et bien équipé.

Il y avait une bouteille de coke pas à nous en haut de l’armoire. La nourriture est très cher pour la quantité (1 petite salade César 14$). Vous n’avez aucun contrôle, mais la piscine était remplie d’enfants qui couraient partout (étant lifeguard, ce n’était pas sécuritaire et très désagréable d’entendre crier). On est revenu vers 21h et encore autant d’enfants..

Grounds, condition of building and rooms were excellent. Staff were courteous. However, I'm not sure why we were on different floors.

The noise in the hallway Friday night was unacceptable. Almost the whole floor was occupied by a wedding party. We were awoken times between 11pm and 2:30am. I feel that we should not have been put on that floor.

The property is good condition but your car is likely to get stolen. Stay at your own risk.

High theft area. There were two cars stolen on the property in the same day including our car. Police reports that there is one car stolen every day on the property. However, the hotel fails to put any security in place except for a security camera that no one is monitoring. It also took the police 5hrs to come to the hotel to the take report. We had to call the police several times before they finally came. The hotel manager refused give us a refund or discount after this horrible experience.

Perfect location, helpful staff, easy access to local stores, great customer service from the staff and beautiful decor.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Overall my stay was excellent!

Rooms were very clean. I am picky with hotels this one did not disappoint! The pool and jacuzzi area were also very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly.

The jacuzzi jets could have been stronger.

Excellente location close to all the fun Laval things.

Pool had no towels, and only 3 big towels in the room made it awkward with little kids.

Very good

Staff are so friendly.

There's no bathtub inside my room but when I book it on Booking.com it said have. On Friday morning the breakfast is not buffet so if you buy the breakfast you can only choose one of three on the menu, which I do not suggest buying breakfast on Fridays and maybe Sat&Suns.
