Great area for walking, close to the things and places we needed to go! Nice hotel, clean and our suite was good.
The bathrooms are very outdated with really dark/bad lighting. The AC system only seemed to hit the bedroom of our king suite and not the living area. The ‘rooftop’ pool is actually only 1 lane, and on the 3rd floor… the hot tub is the size of a bathtub and the whole experience was a little lackluster compared to how it’s advertised. We still enjoyed and had fun but did not meet the advertised expectations. The buffet breakfast was insanely expensive! It’s advertised at $20 per person but it’s actually $32!! That’s not even close when you’ve got 4 people in your party.

Friendly staff. Close to station. Nice views when the clouds parted.
Was just a bit "your average slightly dated Hilton". Nothing wrong per se, but not at the level of more modern other offerings.

A localização muito boa, adoramos os quartos e principalmente o atendimento na recepção.

Location
Breakfast selection was poor than most of the hotels in same category. Gym timing was poor and no appropriate office space is available.

I like the location. My daughter loved the breakfast. Beds were very clean.
1) Waiter would charge us an entire breakfast just to have coffee.
2) I booked a room for 4 people including breakfast through Booking.com but was only given 3 breakfasts by Hilton.
3) There was one day that the cleaners did not clean our room.

The pool and hot tub were nice. As well as the staff.
The coffee ir creamer was not good. Tasted rancid.
Also the tissues in the bathroom were old. (Yellow). Make sure the staff takes the old ones out and put clean ones. Cause there were clean tissues on top of the old.

Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was good.
Pool was too small.
Ice machine in our floor was broken for the 3 nights we where there.
We had to pay for underground parking.
I wish lightning was better in the rooms.

The in room coffee was terrible, the breakfast and parking were over priced and the internet was very slow.

Location was good. I was attending a conference at the hotel and the staff and food were really good.
No internet the entire stay. Was told twice it would be available soon but it never was. Was initially put in the wrong room (Double Queen instead of King). Bathroom door would not stay open

The location was fantastic, very walkable. Everything we needed was nearby, and it had great access to public transportation to access other parts of the city. The suites were a great size and having a living room was awesome.
The Wi-Fi didn't work for about half our stay and the internal phones weren't working either for quite a while. On checkout, the employee proudly said our Wi-Fi would be free, and that was sort of funny since it only worked for a few days toward the end. The rest of the time we made do with roaming international data.

I liked that it was close to the Chinese restaurants and grocery stores. The high pressure shower. How kind everyone was to us
The sink can’t decide whether it wants to be hot or cold. The fitness room was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. If you would like to be heard by others this is the place for you because there is no sound proofing. Everyone can hear your whispers and moans.

Location is excellent. Beds are cozy. Elevators are quick. Housekeeping is very efficient and pleasant. Nice fitness room.
I booked and was charged for a room with a view but all I saw from my window on the fifth flour was a wall and a roof. Travelling from a small town I was looking forward to a high flour room with a view and not having this made the room much less enjoyable. I did requested a higher flour or to be reimbursed for the added fee for the view and was denied both.

Used to stay at this hotel frequently 20-30 years ago. Still stay about once a year.
Great central location, it had nice rooms, and a great lounge.
Rooms are tired. Lounge was been badly remodelled and turned into an extension of the restaurant. No room service available.

Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Very helpful staff. Got an early check in.

- cozy environment and convenient location.
- 10 minutes’ walking to Metrotown Station, Sky Train.
- 5 minutes to Metrotown shopping mall.
Well, I hope they can improve the WiFi speed and stability, since I need to do video conference call in the room.
