It was very clean and near restaurants/shops. Also, they offered a wonderful complimentary breakfast in the morning.
Can not think of anything negative.

location that’s about it. I didn’t get to use a room. I’ll felt unwell in the lobby as it was stuffy and warm.
warm and stuffy. unhelpful staff

The bathroom door. The space between the door and floor caused my partner's toe nail break and bleeding when he was trying to open door to get out of bathroom , he accidentally hit his toe by the door and the door swept over his toe nail and broke it.

Overall good stay
. Pool is nice, Breakfast was handy.
I didn't like that there were many details that weren't clean. Our shower had hair and some liquid on the glass, the windows needed spot cleaning. And baseboards were not super clean.
Also the elevator was not clean, and there were two bags of garbage sitting on our floor for two days in front of someone's door.

Nothing
At 9.58PM on August 13, 2022 on Trans Canada Highway, the hotel called and asked for my credit card information and threatened to cancel my reservation if I could not provide one immediately as the one I have on file expired a month after my reservation. I told him I was just about 36mins away from the hotel, I am driving on Trans Canada highway and I will give him the information once I get to the hotel. He insisted in a very rude and disrespectful manner, this makes my wife to on the inner light, take out my wallet, the on-light and the light from opposing traffic blurred my vision and I almost run the entire family into the deep pit. I asked her to quickly turn off the light and cutoff the phone. He kept calling and we ignored the call. On getting to the hotel, I was really unhappy and asked him if updating payment information is more important than the lives and safety of the hotel customers. His response was that I have nothing to tell you please exit the property as I do not longer have reservation for you. Then I asked him, please do you have a family, he said "no". I was like now I understand. I asked to speak to his manager, he said he is the manager, I told him he cannot be the manager. At that point, he asked us to leave or he is calling the police. He picked the phone and called the police, informing them we were threatened him and disturbing the peace of the hotel guests and causing nuisance and that his life is not safe. The police came, listen to both parties and subsequently apologize to us. Before the police arrival, we requested for apologies, he refused but later apologize to us after he saw the police giving us apologies for the unfortunate occurrence. The police asked if we will still like to check-in into our rooms as it is very late with small kids in our care. 2 families with each family comprising 4 kids. We booked 3 rooms.

modern design; pool with hot tub and sauna
not enough luggage carts, one elevator reserved only for staff, disorganized breakfast, cheap furniture, water in shower and sink not hot; no proper luggage storage room
