They had a pool and hot tub. It was very close to a few malls. Our room had a jacuzzi tub.
The AC was on constantly with no setting to turn it off. But it is warm outside so at least our room was always cold.
3.0
The room was non smoking room but it smelled like it had been smoked in. Only one elevator worked.

The location is good and property is decent. It has pool and hot tub for winding down at the end of day. It also has a restaurant and although I have not used it, that may be useful for someone who wants that convenience.
The carpet was dated and furniture looked old. Overall it did not had any wow factor.

Very clean. Very quiet. An excellent bed and pillows. A very good location for us.
Very expensive for what one received. It's a tired looking hotel. The large sign at the entrance looks dilapidated. The rooms are looking rather old and a little shabby. There were some issues with the plumbing one wouldn't expect in a quality hotel. Some electrical outlets didn't work. Others were so worn out, the cord would barely stay in the outlet. The hairdryer didn't work. Finally, why does one have to pay for parking after paying so much for a room?

It was quiet, both concierge were very polite, there were many people having fun playing games in the lobby which I had never witnessed before. The pool had just opened but unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the facilities. The room was very clean, had everything we needed, a big comfy bed and amazing jacuzzi tub. Overall out stay was very satisfying!
Was not expecting to pay for parking… never had to pay for parking while staying at a hotel before.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were fairly soundproof so the nights were quiet.
you could definitely see where the rooms were showing their age, found plugs with no covers and cracked tiles in the bathroom that were obviously just patched together and some very visible damage to the furniture in the room

We booked this location because it had a pool and although advertised, it wasn’t operational. Housekeeping was great however, they came into our room at 8 am on a Saturday.
The bathroom was dated, the plug ins weren’t all working and the shower curtain was horribly stained and grungy.

Aqua restaurant on site has very good meals. Staff friendly. Location very close to malls, dining.
3.5
The property was clean, in a great location and the staff is very friendly.
On their website they advertise having an outdoor heated pool as well as a hot tub, however after you check-in you find out it is closed for the season. I’m addition, they give you a card for the room, which says the hotel restaurant is open from 6am-10pm, however if you ask the concierge they inform you the restaurant is closed until 4pm each day.

Adam in Aqua restaurant was amazing. He was the friendliest person and super helpful. The beds were fairly comfortable.
The front desk wasn't helpful at all. They wouldn't even give us a garbage bag when we requested one They did not restock coffee or empty our garbage cans. The hot tub was closed because it was snowing, which I do not understand.

the staff were amazing and helpful, even at 2 am. we appreciated all the upgrades!
on our floor 230, there was A LOT of noise from other residents, especially from the kids running and opening/closing doors at 7 am.
