I always take the choice of a hotel very seriously, as I travel a lot and comfortable accommodation is important to me. This is a perfect hotel in every way. Excellent staff. The room is large and very stylishly decorated, comfortable bed. The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance from the waterfall and the park, close to excellent restaurants. You should check the Anchor Bar. There is an official visitor center across the street yet. A working breakfast, but it's enough to feel ready for a long active day
Nothing.

Great breakfast options, clean, friendly staff, spacious room
A little noisy at times, especially right by the elevator where our room was located. Bar was barely attended when open during our stay, not sure if they were just short staffed

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the Niagara Falls and the excellent breakfast.
The immediate neighborhood is a depressed zone with very few restaurants and cafés. If you venture a bit away fromt he hotel, you will find a lot of boarded up houses and a school that has recently closed down. Even the hotel across from the Giacomo had been closed down and had seen better days.

Everything was good.
Friendly staff.
Great breakfast.
Only problem we had was
Commode handle had to be giggled to stop water flow. And not enough light at mirror in wash room.
See above statement

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel with my wife and our Shiba Inu pet! We stayed in town so we can see the Falls and the location for the hotel was perfect to get to it and the state park. The room had ample space for us and the bathroom was clean with a cool tub that sadly we didn’t get a chance to use.
I think the location of the television in the room was off center and awkward in the corner of the room. Aside from that everything else for the hotel was good

Excellent location to the falls
Amazing views from top floor viewing

The location was within walking distance of the main attractions. The breakfast had a nice variety and was warm & fresh.
The room was poorly lit and not very big for a king room. There was no overhead lights & one of the three lamps was broken. It would have also been nice to have a microwave in the room.

Location
Would be nice to know where to park. Was confusing at check-in until you asked someone. You park across the street from the front door.

Historic hotel in an excellent location. Next time I would be sure to book a higher floor to get a view of the falls. We didn’t try their free continental breakfast. My husband preferred to get a hot breakfast. We were able to walk to two excellent restaurants.
There was not a room ready for us for an early check in. So we had to lug our luggage behind the check in desk. Staff did not offer to help.

Very beautiful historical building in Niagara Falls.
Room was clean and good size.
Location is the best, just a couple of minutes from the falls.
They also have a panoramic view from the top.
Breakfast could be served in a better way but quality was ok.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and always easy to talk with. Great location and great room.
The price was a little high for winter. I understand the summer rate but it snowed and rain a lot do the time. Could have been a little cheaper.

location
there are no words. unprofessional everything. this is marketed as a luxury boutique hotel. This is three steps below a motel six in the back woods in a small town in the middle of nowhere.
