Very helpful friendly staff including the bell boys. Reception went out of their way to get me a Microwave. Well positioned near Burrand Sky train station with lots of eateries nearby.
I booked an executive suite with 2 twin beds for 4 of us in the family .However the twin beds were very small where only 1 person can sleep on each bed. Had to pull out the sofa bed with help from the staff as it took strong arms to do so for the other 2 members.

Central location.
Rooms are a bit run down and could use a sprucing up.

Great location, friendliest staff, large rooms.

Great location and very comfortable and spacious room.
Breakfast was a little limited.

The location was great - close to the waterfront and easy access to the train station (three stops away). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent!

The staff was kind and responsive. They allowed us to store our luggage on arrival and in anticipation of our departure. Drinking water was very welcome in the lobby.
Decor and furnishings are dated and tired. One electrical outlet and no desk, so wholly inadequate "executive" provisions.
We booked several months in advance for 4 adults in a suite, yet on arrival there were only 2 towels in the bathroom, no bar soap, only one small bodywash bottle and one small shampoo bottle, and no pillows, blankets or coverlets for the sleeper sofa. When sleeper is open, there is no room to navigate in or out the door OR to the bathroom. In attempting to close the sleeper after our first night, it would not close completey, so we could not sit on the sofa. There is only one ice machine in the building (on Floor 3). Highly overpriced for the amenities provided.

There is a rule that no kids are allowed at the pool! Not ideal for a family vacation, this is not a good policy.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location! We were very comfortable in our room and enjoyed the EXCELLENT complimentary breakfast each day of our stay.

1.The front desk manager was very considerate and upgraded my booking from a suite to a pent house for 2 reasons 1/after waiting for an hour for a family suite to be ready for check-in even though there was an advanced notice of my arrival time.
2/ the toilet in the family suite didn't flush, and there were no toiletries provided.
2.Food for breakfast was great quality even though limited options were available. Cheers to the cheg and kitchen staff for cooking well.
3. Two severs among the others were particularly attentive.
1/This is a hotel where the customers have to be their own advocates for things such as toiletries and saving kits, etc. to get the services that are normally provided elsewhere without having to ask
2/The restaurant for breakfast can be very busy due to its limited space, and the wait can take up to 20 minutes or more. We waited more than 20 minutes this past sunday, and I had to walk back in to remind the server that I was still waiting in the lobby as told when there were other guests already coming in and getting a table. Apparently, the server totally forgot what she told us to do. That was our first breakfast. The next two breakfasts, however. we had a more pleasant server to attend to our needs.

Honestly , the property was beautiful. aside from the gentlemen’s club next to the property it was amazingly stunning inside …! The concierge and his team were absolutely above and beyond.
Nothing to not like about this establishment ..! Hotel Le Soleil by Executive Hotels was stunning.

Great location in down town Vancouver. The bed was reasonably comfortable, however the sofa bed was not so comfortable
Sofa bed, furniture like chairs slightly outdated. Needs an upholstery change

Location was excellent, walking distance to Canada place, Chinatown town, gastown, etc. The hotel gives free access to next door YMCA gym and pool. Our highlight is that they allowed us to checkin early by giving the available room which is an upgraded Suite level, that was super nice as we were so tired from our 5 hr flight from Toronto. Bed and pillows so comfy. The TV has many channels. We asked for coffee pods refill and extra shampoo/soap/conditioners, they gave us with no issue. The French restaurant also very good and high quality, we ate after we checked out on last day, and they still allow us to get the 15% discount - sweet!
The heater is a bit loud, but we can still sleep right through it.

had to pay valet parking. which adds to cost don’t appreciate it.

Location is great. a very clean and comfortable hotel. Nice and helpful people welcoming you. Breakfast is also good.
During my stay there were carpet replacements and fire alarm tests but I don’t think this would happen everyday :) It just was my bad-luck as I was trying to sleep that afternoon a bit.
