Great place to stay. Bed was a bit too soft is my sole issue

Overall it was a great experience

The food was delicious and the facilities were exceptionally clean. Front counter staff were very friendly and courteous

I would have liked to have additional blankets. Although I like the cool air for sleeping, I found the bedding not thick enough. Also, the breakfast buffet was way over priced!!!!

Location was okay

We came in the evening, We beed to carry our bags by our self. The rooms not so Clean. Very old hotel. Not each day cleaning, and the people dont help you or give you good service!

Sehr gut gelegen, aber total überteuert!

Sehr gut gelegen, sehr freundliches Personal

Die Zimmer haben einen wohlgewollten 3 Sterne Standard. Die Betten sind bequem. Ein alt wirkender dicker Teppich und eine laute Klimaanlage, auch nach dem Ausschalten. Das Frühstück für 30€ ist es nicht wert, was auch unsere kanadischen Freunde bestätigten.

Comfort and Location

I booked this at the last minute after my flight was cancelled. It was a very reasonable price, and I had a pleasant and restful evening. My room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The bed, in particular, was excellent. I slept well. It's a Hilton Hotel, so there are no great surprises. The location is perfect - right behind City Hall, in walking distance to Queen St, Ken Market, Eaton Centre, etc.

I didn't book with breakfast included and got gouged for a bowl of granola and a tiny cup of coffee. The breakfast looked very nice, but I wish they had a continental breakfast option for those of us who have no interest in eggs, bacon, etc.

Mortified by the staff’s behaviour. Will never go back or recommend it to anyone!

The attitude of staff. Upon arrival, i was not entertained and blatantly refused to be checked in, meanwhile every other non-brown person was being greeted, given cookies and getting checked in. When i raised this concern with the staff, they told me i will need to downgrade my room type in order to get checked in or will have to wait till 3pm. I decided to wait till 3 pm and checked in at 3:20pm, only to be told that “since you had requested to check in early your room type has been changed from king to queen” Absolutely ridiculous logic. I have travelled all around the world and have stayed in hotels everywhere, never have i had to face such ludicrous behaviour and discriminatory behaviour. Had better expectations from a “4-star” chain in such a diverse city as Toronto.

I loved how clean it was and how comfortable the bed was and convienent location

The bed was too small, for two of us, and the bathroom sink, because the tap is so short, water sprays and gets all over the counter and pours onto the floor making a puddle, you need a longer tap to go further over sink and the one now is too short and sprays water all down the left side of the counter and on to the floor making a wet puddle, it’s stop it, form pouring onto the floor, I put a hand towel there to gather the water and stop it

Great location but thats it

Locations was great, close to town and shopping centres as well as plenty of food options.

The swimming pool was absolutely disgusting. Smelling, not clean and the general hygiene of that whole area was horrible. We felt sick going there.

Cleanliness of room and amenities, check out was easy.

Food wasn’t the best way overpriced and quality was poor. The line for check in was ridiculously long, we waited 45 minutes to check in.

Very comfortable and fun!

The fitness centre is very nice! The little store they have for food in the building is also great. I didn't have the change to try out the bistro but it is the only thing I didn't hear good things about. That said, I couldn't attest that. The room was nice and very clean. The little mechanism on the door to add more security was a nice touch, appreciated since we were 4 women for the night. The pool and adjacent facilities were great, even though I do wish the pool itself was a bit cleaner, and it could use a renovation. We also used the sauna, and that was great.

I loved the friendly environment and attentive staff.

Maybe that there wasn't a free breakfast, which the staff apologized for without me saying anything. The location overall exceeded my expectations for the price.

Pool had too many people in it Saturday. A hot tub would help solve the problem. Plus the air in the pool and changing room was very cold.

Das Reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen - ansonsten kann man sie gegen Aufpreis nachbestellen.

Das Gäste im Pijama und Ungekämmt zum Frühstück kamen, war eher sehr speziell...

I'm delighted with everything! Best hotel I've ever been to! Perfect cleanliness! Perfect service! I recommend this hotel! For Ukrainians, the girl at the reception speaks Ukrainian. They even found an adapter for charging my phone and a bandage for a child’s injured finger (even 3 just in case) ;))) In general, comfort was created in everything, even in the smallest things :D The room had mineral water, a coffee maker and all types of tea to choose from.

The shower switch in our room 1019 was very tight for a girl. I couldn’t switch the water supply to the shower completely, I was afraid of breaking it.

Perfect for business!

The vicinity to where we needed to do business. The room was clean, sheets were sparkling white and smelt good. I liked that a lot. I liked the kitchen space in the room, which allowed us to warm meals and store a few things in the fridge. The lobby area was also clean and smelt fresh. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, i liked the freshly baked choc chip given at check-in. I appreciated the workstation in the lobby, though it's in a busy section by the lifts, I still appreciate the idea, it was useful for me and my daughter to do our work.

The bed was not so comfortable for me. The remote in our bedroom didn't work, so we shared the remote between the lounge and our bedroom... I am not sure to what extent the hotel is affiliated with the restaurant, but that breakfast buffet for $32 is not it!! Far less choices, and what's available is not of a great standard, so that was disappointing.

Room is small for 3 people. Beds are relatively small too. No microwave available in the room at first. Microwave was actually listed in the room facilities online. It was provided later when I asked the receptionist.

Definitely Coming Back!

Location, staff and price was fantastic! It's right in between the Eaton Centre and Art Gallery of Ontario. The on-site restaurant food was well cooked and taste was on point! There is underground parking that was safe and secure.

The location is amazing

The staff were rude and could not accommodate a late check-0ut as I was willing to pay, the washroom tub was dirty, and the mini fridge had a smell. I would never book again!

épouvantablement décu

la chambre était dans un état lamentable tapis très sale,les draps et les serviettes n’était plus blanc mais gris les meubles étaient abîmés moi et mes deux filles n’avons même pas dormi là nous sommes partis à 22h nous pouvions pas dormir dans cette chambre l’hôtel n’as pas voulu me rembourser il m’ont dit que c’était avec vous ,comment puis-je procéder? je suis très déçu de cette expérience je croyais passer un beau séjour avec mes deux filles et surtout j’ai dû conduire 6h tard le soir pour revenir à la maison et j’ai pas pu profiter du lendemain que nous étions supposés aller visiter je vous remercie et j’attends de vos nouvelles

Después de pasar la primera noche el personal de limpieza no paso por la habitación, cuando llegamos a la habitación después de un largo día, nos la encontramos tal y como la habíamos dejado.

Mala relación calidad precio.pagas por la ubicación.

La ubicación es exelente la mayoría de atractivos están caminando.El parking está poco caro pero en el rango.

La relación calidad precio , desayuno malo y caro ( huevos,pan con mantequilla y café) no jugó , no cereal no nada. Muy pobre. La habilitación regular, por menos de la mitad del precio consigo una habitación mayor.
