Sraff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Clean facilities, great value for what was included in our st

Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff brought my partner up some slippers when she asked. There was also complimentary breakfast that was satisfying. We were both super happy with it.

Jacuzzi suite was great but the taps leaked a bit and we had to leave towels on the floor so it didn’t create a huge puddle. Our view from the window was also quite disappointing. Although we weren’t looking out of the window much.

I had a very nice stay.

Room - spacious. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful. I received good information about where to go to see things.

Breakfast - there was not a lot of selection. It was sufficient, but not imaginative.

This is one donation i wish i could take back

Because i didnt expect to have to pay a 500$ deposit that i didnt have i never got to enjoy any part of this facility except for the front lobby

I didnt like that this was a non refunduble suit and when i didnt have 500$ for the deposit on there jaccuzzi room. And i also dont like how the clerk at the front desk offered to me if i pay him 50$ he'll be able to maybe get me back 50% of my money back. The room cost me 190$ do the math. To me that was taking advatage of my situation. I wont be going back there or using booking.com . The hotels check in time was 4pm and I was there at noon try to check in early so they could have still had it available for rent and i made the reservation that morning so there is no 24hr period in between to be able to cancel and get a refund from booking.com losing 190$ in the wind like this sucks and it hurts

Overall it was a comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning.

I didn’t like the fact that the tv was not turning on so I had to get someone to come up and figure it out.

It was a great!

We had breakfast, it was very good and decent. My kids ate a lot. The Jacuzzi was great! Will definitely do it again. The stay was short but worthwhile.

We had to pay 10$ per vehicle for parking.

Disappointing

The staff were pleasant and accommodating. They answered our questions when we had them. The room was what I expected

The hallways smelled off and the breakfast was disappointing in both quality and cleanliness. I wasn’t aware there was a pool until we arrived. The massive lakes (yes, plural) in the parking lot ensured we we’re leaving with wet feet.

They have good security at night time, doesn't let anyone stay in the parking lots. Safe hotel, but dirty pool. Hot tub wasn't always hot all the time we had to call for them to make it hot. I found a bug in the cold water pool

I didn't like that room service would take long in this small building. The room service would clear the floor fix thr bed. But just leave the garbage leave the dressers messy, like yeah I know it's my job but I paid to stay here lol. Long room service take for ever lol

close to rogers place. front desk guy was nice.

I had the worst hotel stay of my entire life. Tons of drug addicts hanging out in the parking lot and inside the door shooting up, arguing with eachother, screaming, doing deals and you can hear them from your hotel room well into the night I got no sleep cause we could hear them all night. I did not feel safe at all and kept worrying about my vehicle being broken into by the addicts. parking lot attendant had a bad attitude, he also made us move our full size truck to a spot made for an car. very difficult to get my vehicle out of the parking lot. I then had to pay $10 for that parking. had I known I had to pay I would have just parked at rogers place. room was not cleaned very well there were stains on the bed skirt, stains in the toilet, mini fridge as not working. huge rip in the shower curtain. paid 216 dollars for this terrible experience. not good value at all.

It's not worth the money I paid.

The smell in the whole hotel and in the room in particular, even my clothes stink of it. Everything is very old and has been in need of repair for a long time. Breakfast is in disposable dishes and it all looks like handing out food to the homeless.It's not worth the money I paid.

Courteous and professional staff, room was spotless, and breakfast staff was very good! Keep going!

I am a regular user of this hotel. It is very convenient for me. When I book I always ask for an early check-in if possible, and they have always accommodated that. In my last two visits however, email responses to this were met with a response that early check ins would necessitate an additional fee. I asked if they really wanted to do that to a regular client. Management somewhere was doing their job because they nixed that and moved me up to the Presidential Suite for my latest stay as a courtesy. Good job whoever was overseeing that. You kept a loyal client.
