Warm, inviting and peaceful hotel with clean,spacious rooms and authentic, friendly vibe from staff.

Wonderful staff. Jordan was a warm and incredibly professional help at the front desk. He went out of his way to make our stay great. Loved the large room and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable, clean and the linens quite soft. The view room was especially nice as it overlooked a treed area. Free breakfast was nice in the morning. The coffee was hot and fresh. Easy to get in and out and accessible to everything in the area. Thanks for the great stay. Also thanks to the serving staff in the breakfast room and housekeeping. Your hard work is warmly appreciated.

Coffee in the room coffeemaker was lacklustre. Would appreciate a decent sized waste basket. A few real glasses would have been nice.

Would definitely stay there again when visiting Courtney.

The included breakfast was the best of any hotels we have stayed that offered included breakfast. The location was great with easy access to a wonderful walking path. Staff were all very friendly.

We liked everything about the hotel.

Exceeds my expectation, very high value. The staff are super friendly. Very well operated hotel. Should be more than just 2 starts.

ACs are noisy, I can hear the noise from other rooms. And fridge is also noisy, affects my sleep. Should provide a method to turn the fridge off totally.

Breakfast was good, location worked for us, 25 minutes from the ski hill. Pool and slide weren’t big but was still fun!

Grateful to have a clean safe place to sleep. The pool was great to tire out the kids and loved the.

Central location. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Vending machines accepting cards. A few cleanliness issues (my blanket had a fist sized burn hole). Lightbulb out, build up of debris/caulking on tub edge. Not a big deal and not worth complaining about but since you asked. The pool could have been just a teeny bit warmer.

We had a great time and will be back.

The location was great for going to Mt. Washington, staff are all friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The kids loved the pool, waterslide and breakfast buffet in the morning. We were able to use the extra room downstairs for a games night too :)

The pool chlorine levels are possibly too high as all the children would start coughing after being in the pool for just over 1/2 hour.

A great place to stay and staff is very accommodating.

They accommodated my early check-in request. The staff was exceptionally polite. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel is in a quiet location. The following night, I was able to book an extremely late check-in due to the flight delays getting into Comox.

For some reason I did not sleep well and I don't know if it was the pillow or the bed (which was too firm for me). Also, the heater made a loud rumbling noise every time it came on. I think the fan needs oiling, or cleaning, or replacing.
